I bought the chocolate royale flavor. I saw it on Amazon and just had to buy it because I remember when it first came out in the late 1970s- it was so thick and rich with chocolate taste and so satisfying and it still tastes the same as wonderful as when it first came out! It is so MUCH MORE CHOCOLATY than a chocolate shake from Wendy’s or any other terrible fast food restaurant shake and much healthier too, since it is packed with vitamins and minerals as well as calcium. It doesn’t have as much protein in the powder as popular mixes are today, BUT THE EXPERTS SAY WE GET WAY MORE PROTEIN THAN WE NEED and this has plenty of protein for the average person. If someone still feels they need more protein-well then they could buy some protein powder and put a scoop of that in which would be cheaper than buying those other pre-mixed protein shakes that are a whopping three dollars a bottle! One container of Slim fast lasts a long time so it is a good bang for the buck. It keeps you satisfied until the next meal. Excellent quality that dissolves well. I don’t use a blender. You need a good shaker container and all it takes is a a few shakes and if it still isn’t smooth enough, then all you need to do is do a few more shakes. Some people in reviews were saying that it doesn’t dissolve but it absolutely mixes well when done properly and it becomes very smooth and foamy rich. Even if one isn’t on a diet, this is the ideal MUCH HEALTHIER thick shake to satisfy a craving due to the vitamins and no saturated fat content like found in ice cream . Not to mention the taste is far superior! I haven’t tried their vanilla flavor, but I will!

I bought the royal chocolate. No time for lunch ,which I usually crash after i eat , i mix it with 1% milk in a travel blender. Add ice and boom- chocolate shake for lunch. I really like it. Taste good. No grit. Fills me and im good until dinner. I can't say its a boost of energy but it does stop me from snacking on chips and such during the work day.

A few months ago, I started drinking smoothies again for breakfast, and I wanted to add some chocolate flavoring to them. Chocolate and fruits are my favorite combo! Anyway, I've purchased the Slim Fast Chocolate flavor several times, and just reordered today with a subscription. This product is difficult to find at my local grocery stores, which is why I turned to Amazon, and this seller has the cheapest one! While I am indeed on a weight-loss journey, I'm not specifically using this Slim Fast product to lose weight...it's more of a flavor thing to me with an extra added bonus of also having other nutrients and protein contained in this product, ensuring my body is getting what it needs at breakfast-time. The Rich Chocolate Royale flavor is very rich! It doesn't overpower frozen or fresh fruits; it combines with a variety of fruits very nicely, giving an enjoyable and tasty blended chocolatey and fruity flavor at once. To me, the quality is there, I can perfectly taste the chocolate flavoring even when blended with various fruits. I do use the product's recommended base of fat-free milk, but even if Slim Fast didn't recommend fat-free milk, I'd still use it since I don't need the extra fats from whole milk nor do I want them, and plus I don't really care for the taste of whole milk anyway. I also have used this product with shelf-stable almond milk; however, as a personal preference, fat-free milk as a base tastes better with the rich chocolate flavor. The Slim Fast chocolate powder easily blends with the other ingredients I use. I rarely have any powder left on the inside of my blender. I have used this product without fruit, and the thickness was okay, definitely not as thick as a smoothie, but was thicker than a regular glass of milk. I have never experienced chalkiness with this product, though I feel that comes down to the blending factor. The more you blend it, the more the powder mixes with either just milk or with milk and fruits. I highly recommended blending this product, not simply shaking it. Overall: I love it and will continue to use it in smoothies, because it tastes good and does indeed contain other daily nutrients and lots of protein.

Each container contains “14 servings” a little more give or take so one container last one week depending on which method of slim fast your doing! from my understanding is 2 meal replacements one meal 2 snacks a day according to most google searches but of course it’s whatever you chose to do!! now this one taste amazing i do 8oz of fat free milk and one scoop (comes with) and purchased shaker cups with it to help mix it it’s not to thick and last about 3 1/2-4 hours before i’m hungry again! i would only recommend buying different flavors after about day 6 it was hard to get down from tasting the same thing twice a day every day! but still overall good! and filling

Taste great, works well to drop pounds fast, but not very nutritious. Definitely meant for short term. It’s smooth when I mix it in my shaker bottle and doesn’t clump. I actually really love the taste of the vanilla because you can add anything to it and it add flavor. Overall the quality is good but I wish it was more nutritious. Losing the weight fast but also not getting enough protein isn’t very healthy. That’s why I decided to add a scoop of protein powder with superfood in it. If you’re interested, it’s the Orgain organic protein powder with 50 superfoods vanilla flavor.

Tastes great, easy to make and a wonderful meal replacement that has helped me lose weight.

I love this for one or two of my meals mixed with 8 oz low fat milk (with or without frozen fruit) blended with ice! It’s like having an ice cream shake or smoothie! I have lost 93 lbs in a year between this and eating healthier - these shakes helped curb my appetite and taste so good. Much better than the liquid ones. I really did not like any of the premixed liquid ones. The powder ones are the way to go!! (And that wasn’t using any shots)

First attempt on meal replacement shakes and this became an instant sweetheart. It does fills up your tummy and a great way to increase nutritional level effortlessly. One serving paired with 250ml of refrigerated milk per day can easily meet daily calcium requirement. With added magnesium and ascorbic acid, this makes maintaining daily nutritional requirement similar to a walk in the park. To add on, it is gratifying to pay for something that works.

Loved the taste and i didn’t get hungry for even more than 4 hours, but didn’t make me loose any weight at all.

Came in a box with packing bubbles so it doesn't move around much. Kudos to the seller. The product itself is quite nice. It is not sweet in a dark chocolatey way. If you wanna make it sweeter, just add Splenda or milk. Ut came with a scoop inside
