I purchased the sheets and pillowcase because the grounding sheet I had purchased 4 years ago finally bit the dust. It was no longer conductive. I have previously used a version of this sheet and much preferred it. That sheet lasted about 6 years before it lost its conductivity. These full size bed sheets are wonderful in that, over the years, I do not experience the normal pains and swellings that all my neighbors seem to be experiencing, and I attribute it to using grounded sheets. This time I purchased 2 full size sheets and a pillowcase to test it out. I am sandwiched in an entire grounding experience for the first time as I sleep. I have only been doing it for about a week and a half at this point, but I noticed that the minor aches and pains that have been caused by my bed itself, has disappeared. The swelling in my finger joints has noticeably decreased to a normal size. I don't have the hissing sounds in my ears at night when I sleep and my sleep has been wonderful because in the last 5 days I have only awakened for the bathroom run in the middle of the night, ONCE! Once in 10 days is a miracle to me! The sheets are a wonderful experience in pain relief and emf protection for me. Thank you for this product! Delivered quickly. Packaged beautifully and well.

The first night that I laid on this, I did so only with my undies, so that I could get lots of contact with the sheet. Within about an hour, I had a mild burning sensation on my skin, though I didn’t get a rash as some people report.So I thought I would take it easy and use the sheet less the next night. I just did a little less because I fell asleep, but then I woke up feeling oddly restless, so again I put that sheet aside.The next night I used it just for 20 minutes. With a short little nightgown on.At this point, starting the next morning, I really started to feel different. I was doing nothing out of the ordinary at all other than using the sheet.But I noticed the things that used to take me a long time to get done, were getting done a lot faster. And I just felt better and more energetic all around.That was what I was hoping for as I have suffered from adrenal insufficiency and saw someone else who had that problem on YouTube, recommending earthing.I also felt better emotionally and mentally. Definitely.So glad I bought this little sheet.

STAY AWAY - Waste of money! I used this and the first few days I felt the familiar tingling that comes with grounding mats or sheets. I moved my thick, faux leather grounding mat to my work space and bought this bed sheet for more comfort while grounding asleep. Big mistake! I never even got the chance to wash it before it stopped working for me.It's also poorly designed. The plug is on the top so if you move while sleeping, there's a good chance you'll unplug it. The worst part is this seller doesn't accept returns, so getting a refund was a huge hassle.

I have been using this product now for two month. Cant say if it works or not. Maybe I want to say it does and I don’t wake up swollen. But for yes or no I keep using it. Hope you understand where am coming from.

After about 6 months this no longer has grounding capabilities. Kind of expensive to buy 2x/year. Worked great at the beginning.

This works, I lost aches and pains and my partner has gotten 7 days of great sleep in a row since we started using this sheet. He has suffered lack of sleep for years. I forgot how great it is to not have all the aches and pains. Not sure how long it works or if washing will affect it. For the price, i believe it was a great purchase.

We love our grounding cloth. We bought it to lay at the bottom of our bed for our feet to go on at night. The sheet is not financially doable for us right now. We put it on and crossed our fingers, it did NOT disappoint! We both woke with no pain the next morning-he in his back typically, and I in my hands from laying wrong and the nerves falling asleep etc. We also had more energy and a brighter outlook, if you can imagine. Follow-up, we both woke one morning with some aches, tired and grumpy and realized the sheet had come unplugged, unbeknownst to us. Which was an encouraging blind study on our part 😅
