I don't go a day without them!
I started taking these pills in 2021 and I have continued to take them even after I passed the period of requirement these multivitamins provide so much and I can tell the difference if missed so I make sure that I take them daily I will recommend to anyone not just someone that is a bariatric patient especially if you're deficient in something very effective no heart smell or taste it's a bit of a bigger pill but it's not hard to swallow

Do Not Waste Your Money
Huge, orange looking, chalky tablets. They may have the ingredients, but they are the nastiest smelling & nastiest tasting vitamin I’ve ever taken in my life! Definitely not an easy to swallow tablet. You can even smell the odor emitted from the vitamins when you open your cabinet door. Company will not refund money once opened. Do not waste your money on these or be prepared to throw them away.

I guess
I was always told that our vitamins should chewable or liquid for good absorption. This is a big, nasty horse pill BUT my labs came back great. I guess it does the job!
