Great to almost perfect.
Wow. My favorite work out attire! It would be perfect if the large shorts were a little tighter. I'm 6'2, 202, i ordered a large and it fit great.

Should be a "build your own size" package | comfortable material
Size Selected: MediumWhile I thoroughly appreciate the concept of the set, there needs to be a “build your own set” as the one size doest NOT fit all, nor does it fit/match well…at least with my body typeThe only reason why this is not a 4 or 5 star is because of several factors that seem to add up, among which include that most pieces don’t seem to fit as particularly expected. My normal size is: men’s medium for shorts, pants, and jackets, and large for shirt. However, I figured I’d go with the medium, as most of what is in the set would fit better that size. The result:Athletic Shorts:+ Material soft and comfortable (not abrasive) and semi-sleekEasy to wash & didn’t shrink from what I could tell: suggest cold & hang dry+/- I decided they are not good for me for activewear outside (as I am confined to walks, of which I’ve converted into what I call “weighted walks.”) Therefore, I have started using them as sleep shorts. They are okay as sleep shorts, but I’d rather have been able to use them as activewear/used for exercise.=> short fit better after a cold wash and a cycle on “less dry” (casual/medium heat) cycle.- No drawstring (bummer: while I saw this going in, didn’t realise how much I appreciate the drawstring)- Pockets too deep for or my liking, and have to “fish” to pull out phone or keys, which resulted in these items and/or anything I put in there flopping around, bouncing on my thigh (NOT comfortable) & said items getting twisted in pocket as I went power walking (again, NOT comfortable.)- WAY too baggy!- Doesn’t have a drawstring. I was vaguely aware that this was not a feature of this piece of the set, but still: having that drawstring would…”add value” to it, especially when one uses it outdoors, it would help keep the shorts up/on so they don’t slide down.Compression Pants:+ Comfy and lightweight.+ easy to wash & didn’t shrink from what I could tell: suggest cold & hang dry+/- Not so much compression pants(?) I wear compression stockings (knee-high) and while these go on smoothly over them (stockings,) it almost feels as if the pants are a looser form of [women’s] leggings(?) So, maybe the size isn’t quite right? They do seem a bit long, too - or perhaps I’m just short(?) In any case, they fit, but they are not a perfect fit.+/- Relatively helps “retain” body heat and helps keep one warm when staying and maintaining active/activity levels. I have used these outside in the cold autumn mornings, both dry-cold and wet-cold and they do help add a layer. I’ve thus far tried them in the dry-cold with a set of lightweight gym pants (not a heavy material,) and between the two, I stayed perfectly warm. I’ve also tried a throughout the day exposure (mini power walks) with these pants and a basic pair of shorts over in same dry-cold and have been fine. I also have been out once or twice during daylight hours in the wet-cold and while cooler than the dry-cold, have still remained arm enough as I’ve gone out on my “weighted walks.”- While not so tight that it cuts off circulation nor “gym pants” kind of style, I don’t see how these are “compression” pants. They just feel like a pair of loose-ish pants, but not on the spectrum of gym pants. I thought that they were going to be a bit snug-er, more like leggings, but they aren’t. I actually wear compression stockings, and these feel NOTHING like compression stockings. These fit over my compression stockings and are still loose.> I have actually attempted to gently shrink these, but they haven’t. Will they shrink over time? Maybe, but for now, I would suggest washing on cold and either hang-dry or put in dryer on the “less dry” cycle on the causal (heat cycle) setting.Fitness Short Sleeve [shirt]:+ Lightweight and allows for circulation & breathability+ Can double as a “house shirt” (I wore it around just because for almost a day because it is comfortable enough to serve as such)+ Easy to wash & didn’t shrink from what I could tell: suggest cold & hang dry *only*+/- This one I was a bit nervous as most activewear shirts I use are size “L,” so coming in a pack of size “Medium”-only made me nervous. This style of “M” fits, but doesn’t fit “perfect”/ideally. Still, I will most definitely continue to wear it. Doesn’t have that little extra room I prefer (motivation to lose weight?) ;) Still, it fits, for which I am grateful.- (Nothing negative about it to say.)> After the initial wash (which has been my experience when things *usually* shrink,) hasn’t shrunk. Going to continue to prevent shrinking (or it may not fit.)Comfortable Jacket:+ GREAT multi-purpose (indoor/outdoor/under layer). I have used this+ Comfy feel & fit (size is “perfect” & I can wear it with the set of activewear, or when wearing other shirts (activewear and non-activewear.)+ I use this mostly as a house coat & LOVE using it as such+/- Material is comfortable and lightweight, but doesn’t really keep in warmth or “give” warmth, hence why I use it as an indoor/house jacket instead of an outdoor kind of activewear (at least during the autumn & winter.)- Doesn’t have a drawstring for the hood. This causes the hood to blow off if/when outside and/or when I wear it under another jacket and I want this jacket (serving as an under jacket) hood on but the outer jacket hood off. The hood also tends to slip off even when I’m walking around the house.*I was aware that this was not featured on this piece of the clothing. Having worn it almost every day since it arrived, having a drawstring for the hood would be beneficial.- There are no pockets. I didn’t think about it when ordering the set, but now in hindsight, I almost wish I would have maybe shopped around more….not that this would be a determining factor, but it would be handy as I think that “all” of my other jackets & hoodies have pockets up front, so I find myself reaching to put something in my pockets that aren’t there. Pockets would help/be beneficial.> Having the front pockets and drawstring for the hood would add value to the jacket and would be more beneficial, especially for the outdoors.Thoughts on listed description:> 90% polyester + 10% spandex breathable material, skin-friendly and slim & tight fit: (slim fit = hit & miss with each piece of clothing but is breathable and what I’d consider skin-friendly.)> Comfortable: Moisture Sensing (um…I suppose so - it wicks sweat but remains breathable,) / Quick Dry (I’d say so as a general rule,) and Breathable (I’d agree here.) / Two-Way Air Circulation (not sure what this means, but the material does allow for skin “breathability” so as to not trap in heat too much.) / Four-Way Stretch fabric suitable for all seasons (winter for indoor sports) (Um…I’d say this is more of an *INDOOR* all seasons and only certain seasons for outdoor depending on where you live [I live in Oregon, so…maybe spring - early autumn,] and I’m not sure what the “four-way stretch” means, but the fabric does allow/give way for movement andFor all sports:Ideal for all of activity (Cannot attest to the “any/all” sports; only can attest to what I’ve used it for: weighted walks & indoor/around the house use.)

a nice athletic clothing set that is ready for jogging
I like the idea of this set because it gives you all weather options with the winter option being simply to double down. What I mean by this is you can approach this set as a selection of warmer weather gear if you just wear the compression pants alone (for early morning). The other option would be you could wear the included shorts over the compression pants to then be winter compatible. The other variation would be to wear the shorts alone during warner weather or in colder weather you could wear the pants under sweatpants or breakaways.I really like the grey style camouflaged design which I showcase in the pictures I included. I did not include pictures of the shorts or compression pants because they are both solid black. I really like the pattern as it appears on the sweatshirt and the t shirt. The t shirt is a standout item because it is hick and can trap in your body heat quickly and effectively.I included several shots of the sweatshirt to point out the significance of the reflective strip that travels along the length of the zipper area. I intentionally left the flash of my camera on with the lights out so I could show the effect. As can be seen in the picture the reflective strip is very effective and essential for street joggers like myself. I am so impressed with this reflective strip I will discontinue the use of my flashing vest when I am wearing this neat sweatshirt. The only downside of this whole set would be the zipper on the sweatshirt looks a little sketchy. I will update this if something happens to it.In conclusion I recommend this athletic gear set to anyone serious about fitness.
