Butcher BBQ Original Brisket Injection for All Kind of Meat 1 Pound

I'm a smoking fanatic, smoking several hundred pounds of food year round and am EXTREAMLY happy with all my recipies but brisket...It is never bad but always lacks that pizzazz or WOW factor. So, first, let me say "quality in = quality out" and in many areas "prime" grade brisket is very difficult to find or cost prohibitive for many of us, leaving the good but slightly "less good" choice or select grades of brisket This brisket injection adds moisture and flavor to those slightly less in quality grades of brisket that tend to have a lower ammount of fat content that really brings out the flavor and keeps your brisket moist. Many professional BBQers call out this injection as their "go to" injection. Using this injection, my brisket qualifies as REALLY GOOD now and has that Mmm Mmm WOW factor instead of just being ok. It works for smoked chuck roasts equally well. I will be buying more and would highly recommend this product to everyone.

I finally got around to using this. The powder hydrates very well when water is added to it and it flows through the injector easily. The brisket had good flavor and was quite moist, I suspect there are some phosphates added for moisture, can't say for certain. The one thing I can say for certain is that this stuff is SALTY, the sodium content is like 16,280mg's...that's right, sixteen thousand...everyone enjoyed the brisket but we were all thirsty and my wife had to get up in the middle of the night just to get a drink. If you're watching your salt intake, don't even think about it. My plan is to dilute it down a fair amount and also use some other marinade along with it...maybe some apple cider, red wine vinegar or perhaps beer. Fat is flavor and so is salt...but dayum!

This injection is a game changer for brisket! Has a salty flavor so adjust your rub accordingly.

I received the order faster than expected. I only used half the powder the directions called for on the brisket and the pork injections and it did a great job. I just used disposable syringes for easy clean up. Yes I over cooked the brisket but the pulled pork was awesome.

We returned because it contained MSG. We were given a full refund. We will contact butcher BBQ for another product
