Health is wealth
Loved it! Instead of taking artificial pill to cover my B vitamin deficiencies, I’d rather eat something healthy. It may not be tasty or delicious to a lot of people, but I approached Nutritional Yeast with a mindset of improving my health. I sprinkle this on my toast, or on eggs, and I’ve also added it to cooked vegetables. I think it’s a great product. I can see my body improving. I just hope they aren’t fortifing the yeast. Trusting this brand not to break my trust.
