Does this work with Orion ptt app?

No we don’t think it will but have not tested

Ptt pairs with pixel 3a in phone settings but when i try to connect it within the zello app nothing happens. any ideas why? thank you.

You have to par the device in the Zello app not to Bluetooth

How is the strap attached and could it be replaced?

The strap on the BT-PTT-ZU Super Mini is held on with a rivet so would not be easy to change. Replacement case assemblies are available from Pryme Radio if you need to repair.

Can this be paired between a wireless headset and a 2 way radio using a pryme blu bluetooth module?
