I am a devoted consumer of HealthyHey products but had never tried the vegan Omega 3 from this Brand. I opted for Vegan Omega or plant based so that I do not have to face the fishy smell or taste and aftertaste.... but this bottle vigorously smells like Hilsa or in Bengali our Ilish Machh.I am a non vegetarian and my family loves their Machh Vat excpet meI never liked the smelly fish but eat the subtle mild tasting ones.This bottle seems like its just been delivered by an Ilish Machh... too strong a smell.To confirmed my doubt, made my dad and mom smell this, they were like on cloud nine when they pictured their favourite Hilsa ... and thats my horror corner... I'll definately try to consme this without thinking of any Ilish lurking infront of me... but if I can't, after a few days, I'll have to let this one (particularly) go....I cannot stand the pungent smell of fish like Hilsa at all....

My joints feel less stiff and my mental clarity has improved. Highly recommend it!

This is a plant based version of omega 3. After a thyroid disturbance, I had weakness in my arms and legs. After two months of consuming omega 3, my pain and weakness has reduced significantly. This is a good quality product with full authenticity.
