14" Ponytail Extension Human Hair #2 Dark Brown (80g)

I ordered a lighter shade than my own colour, then dyed it to get a perfect match, fading the colour out to be lighter at the ends. It took the dye very well. It was a little long and thick to be realistic on me, so I thinned and shortened it. The only real problem was the Velcro fastening - very thick, conspicuous and white, and the strand of wrap-round hair certainly didn’t cover it! So I removed the Velcro (using a stitch unpicker, a fairly simple process), and replaced it with a couple of much smaller bits of black Velcro of my own. I don’t bother wrapping a bit of hair round to disguise the join - I just use a normal scrunchie or ribbon, or even elastic tie. In addition, I stick in a couple of hairpins to help secure it - otherwise you’re just reliant on a tiny three-pronged comb! Risky! It wasn’t expensive, so all in all, I would recommend this ponytail - you just have to do a bit of adaptation to make it work.

So went to a different hairdressers yesterday, told the woman I wanted the keep the length left at the front but cut short at the back! Clearly I must have been speaking Russian because she hacked my hair at the front to my ears, put layers in far too high so it just sticks out and isn't even cut straight!! Never had such a bad hair cut in my life! Have a 50th birthday party to go to on Saturday so bought this ponytail extension in the hope of making my hair somewhat presentable.It looks absolutely amazing, you wouldn't even know its not my hair! Can't praise this enough! Now ready to party on Saturday! 💯

In June 2020 I did a massive boo boo by getting pissed and letting my kids shave my head!! (Lockdown mayhem) So I come to August 2021 and I have my best friends wedding!! I’m looking like ozzy osboure in1983!! So I go onto YouTube looking for hair pieces and how to do them and make them look good!! This hair extension is the total business! Honest to god I’m gunna look and feel amazing at my best friends wedding! I chose the medium brown with blonde highlights and it was a perfect match!! The hair is smooth and brushes beautifully! All the fixings that fix to your head actually fix and work!! This product definitely the real deal!! So so happy 🥰

I've tried a different ponytail extension before and it looked awful, it shed and broke. I'm so relieved that this looks natural (because it is) and so far has held together well.It needs a little playing with to get it looking good - it's flattened from packaging. But quickly relaxes. This is the 16inch light brown which comes out auburn. I am auburn so this is great for me - it's even a little light/redder than some of my hair, but matches the lighter parts well. Good for ginger / redheads that have a soft red / auburn hue. There is also nice strand variation so it doesn't look dyed.It doesn't pull on my hair or feel overly heavy. I did do a double pony tail of my natural hair to make a good anchor to start with and it seems to be holding up well. It hasn't budged all day and I had forgotten all about it until I looked in the mirror. With a little playing I can also plait it and put it in a bun.All in all this is the perfect fit for me.

This is a very nice high quality product.I had to returb it only because my hair style situation suddenly change and I couldn't use anymore.The ponytail was soft, well cut and the color (platinum blonde) very natural (although I would try to make slightly lighter).The delivery was fast and I am waiting for the refund to be issued.

I've purchased a few ponytails in the past (synthetic) so I thought I'd try human hair this time. So glad I came across this. Perfect for half up/ half down styles and high ponytails. Colour Blended very well and the hair styles well with straighteners. Also the hair doesn't moult like a lot of hair pieces/extensions do.So impressed with this item and would deffo recommend.

Lots of positives. Hair is nice but a bit lacking on craftsmanship. I’ve had better made pony’s. Also, it’s very heavy. I have fine and shoulder length hair and it often flopped over. If you have thicker hair I’m sure it wouldn’t be an issue. I purchased the shortest one. It was a fair price for what was received.
