Fast delivery. More than Dozen Giloy sticks but seeds!!!?

All dried and hollow even after planting and regular watering in good sun lit area.
I read the reviews and went ahead with purchase. Perhaps I was not as lucky as others who had good experience. It did arrive in corrugated box. But why did they get hollow inside is still a mystery as to did I do something wrong. Will buy from another seller and see the outcome.
