The media could not be loaded.  Item arrived today and as you can see the lotion was already seeping from the bottle. The bag was already busted. I removed the item from the bag and it poured out all over. There was no sealed cover on the bottle, so I don't know if it was opened purposely and poured out seeing that the content was less than half the bottle. Very disappointed because I waited for a month for delivery. I cannot return the item because it needs a proper seal. I want a refund!!

II’ve been using this product for 20 years I just can’t find the 16 ounce online. You have to buy the soap and I don’t need a soap I don’t even use the soap so if I can get it without the soap that would be great but it works so good I love it.
