Amazon Essentials Mens Long-Sleeve 100% Cotton Fisherman Cable Crewneck Sweater

Okay I was a little skeptical about buying clothes from Amazon Essentials. I mean a clothing brand by an internet company, but boy was I surprised. Buying clothes on-line can always be a hit or miss endeavor with sizing, color, and many other variables, but this was not the case with this sweater. To give a size reference I am about 185 lbs. and 5 11 with an athletic build, fairly muscular arms, 41-inch chest and average shoulders. The fit was perfect throughout the arms not to tight but looks fitted. The shoulders and neck were once again the same nice fit and not too tight. Also, since I have a smaller neck, the fit was perfect there. Not to big but enough to where a white underneath and have a little show. Overall, in the body it provides a nice, fitted look, but not too tight. The length is a a little past the belt and a little looser at the very bottom compared to the upper body part. In terms of material, it is cotton, but fairly heavy. I have worn it with a t-shirt underneath and a collared shirt and both look great. I think it is appropriate for fall or winter as a stand-alone piece if the temperature is not that cold or as a great layering piece if the weather turns cold. I have worn over an undershirt, dress shirt and a jacket and I was warm. Now it is cotton not wool or cashmere, but it is heavy enough that it provides good warmth. The color is a true black. Now let's talk about price. I think I paid around $23.10 for this sweater on sale. The same sweater from one of the other name brand stores would run well over a hundred bucks. Overall, the quality and durability of this sweater is on par with the name brands. This was absolute a steal for that price. This was one of the first Amazon Essentials clothing purchases that made me a believer in this brand. I have made several other purchases with this brand and have been very satisfied. There have a couple items that I just didn't, but the return process was easy, fast, and reliable. I am sold on Amazon Essentials as an affordable great casual clothing option. Since then, I have bought many more items which I will review later.

I love this sweater -- so much I stole if from my hubby! Great look, washes well. Soft and warm. It held up to washing and comes our looking like new. I love that the arms were long enough - which is often an issue even when I order things for my husband in larger sizes sometimes the sleeves are not long and the sweater is not long enough to cover him. This was both of those things. I honestly ordered another one for me, because it was so nice and I kept stealing his. It you are looking for a classic cable knit sweater that takes into account that big guys might actually have long arms - order this. And if you like wearing oversize sweaters that you stole from your husband -- you might want to order 2.

I love this sweater!! It’s a men’s sweater (and I am female), but that’s actually why I like it; it has a straight, clean fit with none of the flared hips or frilly sleeve details that women’s sweaters often have. It’s clean, simple, and really flattering. The quality is great: thick, warm, and nicely made. It looks much more expensive than it is. I’ve already gotten a lot of compliments on it, and I’m definitely planning to buy more in different colors. A solid staple piece to the wardrobe- highly recommend.

This sweater is so warm and comfortable. Its a little big, but is ok if you want to wear something under it. The sleeves are perfect.

Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla fattura di questo maglione. Ha un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Morbido e ben confezionato, dal colore crema/bianco sporco. Unico difetto: taglie abnormi. Non sono un gigante, 1,73 per 65 kg, ma di solito vesto tra la M e la S a seconda del marchio. Con Amazon Essentials sono costretto a prendere una XS sperando che vada bene e non sia troppo grande. Aggiungo che a me piace vestire preciso/leggermente attillato. Spero di esservi stato utile.

Toller Pullover zu einem unglaublichen Preis. 100% Baumwolle, kein Aufreiben des Materials, schön verarbeitet, gutes schwarz. Passform fällt etwas größer aus. Wer keinen Schlabberlook möchte sollte eine Größe kleiner bestellen. Einzig und allein das billig anmutende Innenetikett mit "Amazon Essentials" trübt den Wert des Produkts, was man aber nicht sieht, wenn man es an hat.

It fits pretty well. Size M for me is goo but a size L would also fit me good for a more chunky oversized fit or a size S for better fitting. Quality is also good, feels sturdy, but its lighter and thinner than it looks in the photos.

Amazed by the quality of this for such a cheap price. Love the style, really comfortable on and surprisingly warm. True to size and washes well.
