These are the best
These have helped me a lot with my 12 hour long standing shift. I’ve gotten to the point that I don’t think I’d make it through without them. They arrived quickly. Fit inside my work steel toe shoes perfectly and they’re very comfortable. The current pair has lasted 6 months and I’m ready to insert a new pair. Very good quality, very durable, easy to slide in shoes, and function just as they claim. Highly recommend these inserts.

EXCELLENT
Best insoles ever. I have used insoles for 25 yrs now and have tried them all ...The "Original PowerStep" are the only; effective, supportive, handles my weight insole. They are above the rest!!! For a truly uplifting (excuse the pun) insole, you must try these. I replace them yearly (and there is no price to put regarding my health and being able to garden, walk, hike etc. without back spasms. I use them in my : sneakers, slippers and boots (winter and hiking).

Decent Product
Pretty good in helping plantar facisitis. However, sort of expensive, but if they last it is worth it.

Finally, foot comfort.
With 89-year old feet that were getting tired, my podiatrist recommended these insoles by brand name. What a difference they have made. I have never before worn an insole, and these felt so good inside my shoes. The sizing was perfect and they slipped in easily. My podiatrist said that if they were a little too long, the toe can be snipped off a bit for a better fit. Not necessary here. There was a short period of calibration as my foot felt a little wider, the arch was supported, for the first time, and I could feel my spine recalibrate the new height - total ½ hour of wear. They've now been in almost 10 days, and they feel better than ever. I am walking straighter, I feel more support on the ground, and my foot feels protected. They've made a big difference for me.

Perfect fit for relief of my Plantar Fasciitis
I have a problem with plantar fasciitis. It has been killing me for a while. I am also retired, so I don't have to wear dress shoes. I pretty much live in tennis shoes, wear a pedometer, and average 14,000 steps per day as an active senior. So, this plantar fasciitis thing is cramping my lifestyle. My feet also have high arches and none of my tennis shoes have high enough support to help me out with this malady when I am walking. I looked around for inserts that were more solid than just a piece of foam. I wanted something that was solid to support my arches. So, after looking through all the different versions and brands out there, I picked this one to try. I wear a size 11.5 D (US) shoe. So, here are my observations: - This product fits my size 11-1/2 Nike Dual Fusion Lite tennis shoes perfectly. The fit is tight and no trimming was required. - This insert is flexible up by the toes so when you are walking, it bends with your toes and the shoe and you don't know it is there. - The heel and arch part of this insert is rigid and does not bend. It provides perfect support for my heel and arches. - This insert is very comfortable for my size foot. I am able to walk without hobbling as long as the insert is in my shoe. - I bowl a couple nights a week. When I get to the bowling alley, I remove the inserts from my tennis shoes and slip them into my bowling shoes. They also fit my size 11-1/2 bowling shoes perfectly - nice and tight so they don't slip around. Cons: I don't have any cons. I can't say how comfortable they would be if you had flat feet, but for someone like me with high arches, they are a perfect marriage between my feet and my shoes.

Worth Every Penny...
Currently dealing with a very tenacious case of Posterior Tibial Tendinitis, essentially an overuse injury from being on my feet 8 hours a day and with my flat Barney Rubble feet, significant over-pronating (ankles rolling inward). As a result of this over-pronating, have swelling and discomfort on the inside of ankle/foot. You know the "dogs are barking" ache that You get at the end of the day, imagine how frustrating it is to get up after a night's sleep, put your feet on the floor and immediately have that feeling. Well, podiatrist had me in a variety of braces, couple looking like Forrest Gump's Magic Legs which immediately put pressure and pain on the inflamed area, so no go for the Robocop braces. Podiatrist then suggested Custom Orthotics, great I thought, except my Insurance, which was normally great, would not cover any of the cost for the $450 orthotics unless I was a Diabetic. Sure they will cover the braces, PT, even surgery, but not the little pieces of plastic that might avoid surgery down the road, go figure?! So saw that the Powerstep Orhotics got good reviews on Amazon, so gave them a try. Have to say, in combination with a new pair of New Balance motion control sneakers, my feet are SOOO much happier. They are still sore, but makes my Job in the Nursing Field so much more bearable esp. after the 5+ hour mark when my feet are really starting to ache. The only time my feet feel even somewhat "normal" is with these in my sneakers. Can feel the arch support, but didn't take long to get used to it. My feet aren't right yet, but hope in time with these Orthotics, will get there. Just as a side-note, these do work much better in combination with Motion control shoes, tried them in my Skechers with gel insole and feet started to ache much sooner. Have already ordered another pair! Interesting enough, think I saw this Brand of Orthotic at my Podiatrist's Office in one of the cases. Funny that he didn't suggest trying these before shelling out the $450 for the custom ones. I may need to eventually get the Custom Ones, but for now, these allow me to still work relatively pain-free so I can save up to perhaps get the pricey ones.
