This guitar footrest is small and very light -- weighs only 8.4 oz ( 238 g) yet it feels sturdy. All of its components are made of aluminum except the 4 steel rivets. It has 4 height adjustments with the lowest 3.9 inches (99 mm) to the highest 6.9 inches (175 mm) at the middle of the footrest. It's ideal for carrying in a backpack. By the way, the footrest platform dimensions are 3.3 inches (84 mm) wide, and 7.6 inches (192 mm) long. It is made in Taiwan.

Best portable foot stand ever! Lightweight yet stands up to all the abuse a 10 year old can dish out on the road between concerts and lessons. Fits right in the gig bag , no more shoving and trying to zip in a full size pedal. A must have for any classical guitarist on the go.

Very hard to find this product made of aluminum. And the price was great. The only downside was that it took more than a month to get.

This is the lightest most comfortable foot stool I've ever owned. I'm a professional guitarist and have played thousands of hours - solo and ensemble. It is so small and light that it doesn't weigh down my gig bag. It's not too small - although it is slightly smaller than the tradition size.I love this product. There is nothing else out there like it.
