Good flour
This flour has the perfect grind for all my recipes. It tastes good, mixes well and makes great muffins and high fiber pancakes. I will be reordering this again.

A Kitchen Staple I Can Trust
I’ve come to trust Anthony’s as a staple brand in my kitchen. Their oat flour is excellent quality, with a smooth texture that blends easily and bakes perfectly every time. I use it often for protein pancakes and muffins, and it always gives a light, consistent result. The large bags are a great value, and I love that it’s organic. I’m not celiac, but I do need to avoid gluten for other reasons—this oat flour hasn’t caused any symptoms or headaches like other gluten products sometimes do. It has a clean, natural oat smell (not strong or artificial) and has become one of my most reliable baking staples.

Great for baking
I usually make pumpkin protein bars with these or banana nut bread. My niece cannot have gluten so it works perfect. It’s very good. Recommend it for baking for people that can’t have gluten.

Excellent flour quality
Love this flour. It is light and fluffy. I made banana oat flour pancakes. I am trying to cut back on wheat and this helps a lot. Thank you

Good oat flour
My local grocery doesn't carry oat flour for some reason. I'm glad I have an alternate source for it here. This is perfectly adequate for my needs. Lasts a long time for me. I hardly ever use wheat flour as I think it lacks the benefits of oat flour (which has better protein and fiber.) If you're new to oat flour, google the swap between wheat and oat flour. Americans on the whole are getting way more wheat in its many forms than we need and could benefit from this alternative. Seemed fresh, great for baking, good taste.
