i use any natural assistance i can get these days. with 5 females in the house, you realize very quickly hormones that are dominating can influence you. this helps me still maintain a healthy level of "man". it won't help you lift heavier in the gym or look better, but it may help you maintain your healthy levels of test and other male hormones which in turn can do those things. i recommend!

I wanted to, I really did, but I really didn't experience any changes.Dosage is easy enough, only one pill daily. You can't get easier than that.Sadly, I cannot really recommend this as it there were no noticeable changes.
