I was so nervous because i bought the product before i read the reviews. i noticed that most reviews said the pan did not come in perforated so i was super anxious but the pans came in with holes!! exactly how i wanted them and perfect for my bread!!

It worked perfect heat came through the bottom as expected. Used it with parchment paper the breads and pastries came out perfect.

Good pan, just not as advertised
Though the pan Amazon sent me was not perforated, it did quite well with the baking that I needed it for. It's well-built and does appear to be commercial grade.

Good pan - looks better in person than the Winware photo
Winware 13 Inch x 18 Inch Aluminum Perforated 1/2 Sheet Pan purchased September 13, 2013 through Amazon for $10.27. See today, Oct. 5, 2013, it's risen to $13.20. This pan looks better in person than in the Winware photo. From the photo it looks like the bed of the pan is wire. However, it is heavy aluminum with holes punched in it. Some of the holes are a little rough but that's on the bottom and doesn't interfere with it's use. Also, the pan arrived with some scratches/imperfections. But, once again, these don't interfere with its use. And, as my husband keeps reminding me, not many products are perfectly made today. Just FYI - it stacks perfectly with my other 1/2 sheet pan.
