Works Fine - Using For Home Servers
I bought two of these to use for home servers. They did not come with the low profile adapters, but I was aware of that ahead of time - double check before you buy if you need it!I am using these in Proxmox machines, zero issues with getting them working, including PCIE passthrough. No issues with stability, speed, or latency.

Worked Rock Solid For a Year
Purchased this NIC (INTEL EXPI9402PT PRO/1000 Gigabit 10bt/100btx/1000bt PT Dual Port Server Network Adapter) Sep, 2017 a bit over a year at the time of this writing Nov, 2018. This is an OEM Intel NIC in my case HP can easily tell by the MAC address but I was expecting that since I only pay around $40 at the time. It worked for a straight year with minimal downtime and good performance on my pfSense setup until one of the ports started experiencing high packet loss and finally gave out.
