Love this product. This is just powder that can be used to thicken sauce, used as is to give flavor to meats and adding water you can make a sauce. Just add onions, onion powder, garlic and pepper.

I really liked the idea of adding more tomato taste to my homemade tomato sauce, and I felt that this product was a good choice. However, the tomato flavor was not as strong as I'd hoped it would be. I wound up adding about twice as much powder as I had originally intended, and, even then, the tomato flavor was subtle not strong.

Sadly, my return window has closed, even though I just opened the product now. It is not to my liking. In my opinion, it has a very bad aftertaste. Definitely different from other tomato powders that I have had in the past. Some may like it, but this brand I did not. To each his own. The price was good, and the shipping was fine.

A fantastic way to add a pop of tomato flavor to literally any dish. Tomato sauces, curries, barbecue sauces, and even marinades can all benefit from a tablespoon of tomato powder.

This is very basic tomato powder for a good price. We use it for making soup and would buy it again.

Nice to have when you are in a pinch...
