I recently came back to yoga and wanted a mat. I went with this one based on reviews. Very happy with the purchase. I've had it a few weeks now, doing yoga every evening ranging from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. It's nice and squishy and supportive. Very comfortable. The included strap as well as the carry bag are nice additions. (I use the strap to hang it in the closet but haven't bothered with the bag.)

I bought this mat for yoga in my apartment and it does the job. I don’t know how long it’ll last because my downward dogs have already torn it up a bit. I don’t like how it stretches so much under my feet. It’s not the most stable. It won’t stay rolled up on its own so using the strap for storage is necessary. But it’s really cushy and comfortable to sit on!

I wanted a thick mat for doing yoga at home on my vinyl-covered cement floor. The first thing I did was measure the mat and it is indeed a 1/2" thick. It is also as long and wide as advertised. The mat provides the comfort and size I was looking for at a reasonable price. Due to its softness, doing standing balancing poses can be a challenge.

Perfect for any stretching that is static, provides a highly fluffy support for the knees and back. I bought this one specifically for these two reasons, hence a 5 star rating. DO NOT suggest it for yoga.

Nice and thick

I needed a mat that was soft for my knees during yoga & this mat is perfect for that. It does stretch a little when doing downward dog pose. I am very happy overall
