Francine Farne de Ble Bio - French T55 Organic All Purpose Flour (3 Pack, Total of 3kg)

Awful quality flour. There were endless amounts of rock hard clumps, some as big as 1/2 the bag, the flour was un-usable. I don’t know if it sat too long or had been in a moist environment and then dried out…? No clue, but it was awful and I could not use it.

There is absolutely nothing that we don’t like about this flour. We use it as the same way we have always used gmo’d US flour. We have been buying it for almost 2 years without any issues. I am gluten sensitive and even though this doesn’t boast to be gluten free, it hasn’t been gmo’d as much as our US wheat has been. Normal off the shelf flour will make my joint pain flare up terribly. My husband dealt with cardiac issues for two years. Constant PVC/SVTs with no relief from medications. Within 2 weeks of going GF all of the cardiac issues ceased. Again, the BIO flour doesn’t cause the PVC/SVTs as US flour does. I give it 5 golden stars and 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!!

I missed the return window and so have to absorb the cost, which is not cheap. Each of the 3 bags is rock hard at the bottom one-half of the bag. The best-by date appears to be December 24, 2025. Will not absorb water when mixing, and thus, my baguette dough is incredibly sticky. Very disappointed as I have purchased this product before. I will not purchase it again.

I’ve ordered this twice and it was perfect each time. I’ve seen the bad reviews about mold or hardness. We have not experienced that at all. Sounds like storage issue with the shipper, so I’m hoping that doesn’t happen to us moving forward. The flour we received has made some of the best breads I’ve ever had at home.

The flour that I got went bad and it smells rancid and it’s clumping. Amazon gave me a refund luckily but I wouldn’t recommend this one. there’s better flour that is out there.

This makes great bread but you do have to sift it!

I will never buy flour from this seller again. It’s full of rock hard lumps. I ended up running it through the blender to make it usable.

So if you are looking for a French import flour, this is an excellent choice. Makes wonderful everything from amazing cookies, pancakes, pastries, to excellent pizza dough/crust. I keep it in the freezer to keep it at peak freshness.
