Mmmmmm...pepper
Great pepper mill. Goes from large cracked (my preference) to micro super fine pepper powder (my wife's go to...) And it looks great on the countertop.

Stopped working after a week
If I could give this zero stars, I would. I had it for maybe a week before it stopped working. It spins and spins and doesn’t grind the pepper. Eventually it started making a weird metal grinding sound, so I stopped trying to use it all. Very disappointing b/c it is beautiful.

Durable and sleek
Like others have said these are pretty nice, the metal parts seem heavy and the wood seems like good quality. I replaced a broken wooden pepper grinder that had plastic parts, what’s important is this has metal and ceramic even where the screws are at the bottom so I think these will be very durable and last a long time. Makes a good grind on peppercorns and salt, take a chance and buy them I think they’re a good purchase.

Look no further! A perfect grind, every time!
Yes, these are the salt and pepper grinders that are looking for! Whichever wood these are made from, has maintained its quality over the many meals and hands that have used them! From extended family to a three year old, these have held up their function and have been easy to wipe down thus keeping their beautiful appearance intact. They refill with ease and the grind size is perfect. Nothing like fresh salt and pepper to top a meal and these get the job done.

Works very well, holds a lot, looks nice
I have been looking for a good pepper grinder for ages and had almost given up that they were made anymore. I've even splurged and tried very expensive brands---that turned out to be no better than the $12 ones that stop working after a couple of years. These hold a good amount of peppercorns and salt, and that's important to me because I cook every day and hate to be constantly refilling the pepper. They are easy to fill and feel good in the hand when using. They're sturdy, too. The grinder grinds the pepper well, I haven't had to struggle and fight with it like I have with some others. And there's no plastic on the outside of them to peel off and look terrible in a few months. I've been using these constantly every day for several months now and have no complaints. I have the feeling they will hold up over time. This mid-range priced set is better so far than the big brand named ones I've paid double for in the past. My daughter got a set, too. She's a foodie, always cooking and using them, and she loves them, too.

lasted about a months before a screw fell out. I then fixed it and 4 months later of single person use stopped grinding.

Kind of sad about this. I received 2 "P" signed items, instead of 1 "S" and 1 "P". I won't return the items because I need them but still kinda sad. The grind does look good however.

Box arrived in bad shape and look like the salt grinder has signs of use or repaired.

Exactly as stated.

Overall good however, the tightening mechanism that controls the size of the grind slips open from time to time. It is a bit difficult to get it tight enough for a fine grind.
