Make sure you measure correctly. These don't go by regular waist size. The fit is amazing. The look and style is fantastic. The quality is great. I'm very happy with this. Super fashionable for the price. I definitely recommend. Fair warning, it has some weight to it, but I don't mind.

Ordered this utility kilt for casual day to day wear. It came in a sealed bag and was quite wrinkled but once lightly starched and ironed it looks very nice and proved to be a decent kilt for the asking price. It is a nice design that is simple but very practical with two large patch pockets that easily fit my phone, pocket knife, etc. What I like most about the kilt is it has a Velcro strip that is hidden when worn that gives extra security to keep the kilt in place. The pleats are fairly full for the price point of the kilt. I wear a size 34 waist in slacks but measure 36.75 inches at the belly button where a kilt should be worn and this kilt fits perfectly --- I purchased the size L. The snaps are light weight but secure as well so the Velcro closure decreases the amount of strain on the snaps making the kilt much more difficult to come loose when active. Would be great if this Velcro feature was on more kilts. What I like least is the fabric weight. It has a fabric content of 85% cotton and 15% polyester blend. The texture looks okay but the thickness / weight of fabric could be a little heavier considering the design being a utility type kilt. Especially since the same fabric is used for the buckle straps. Despite this, the weight is sufficient enough that it is satisfactory for daily use. The fabric is very similar to what used to be known as mid weight poplin. As can be seen in the pictures the beltloops are wide enough to fit the wider kilt belts although the belt loops could have been a little thicker. All and all it is a very good kilt and I would buy it again in other colors if they become available by this brand of kilt. Hope this information is helpful!

I never write reviews, but this item is so bad, I feel it was warranted. If you're going to make a kilt with sizes like M, L, XL, etc. then it should at least be adjustable. This kilt is massive on me and I got the smallest size available. The Velcro would have been great as a way to make it adjustable, but the buttons to secure it do not line up if you attempt to make it bigger or smaller. The fabric is very thin and it kind of gives skirt vibes with how flowy it is. The whole reason I got this kilt was because I liked the color, but it's not even remotely as vibrant as it is in the picture. Overall, it's just cheaply made and low quality. You get what you pay for, I suppose. Save your money and get a higher quality kilt.

We bought this for our son as a Christmas present. When it arrived it had what appeared to be a bleach stain on the front. We put in for an exchange and had the replacement within two days. Very happy with the response from the seller.As for the kilt itself... while it is not authentic it is great for a first time kilt wearer who wants to get a feel for wearing one without the hefty price. The fabric is nice and lightweight, which is a bonus for our coastal Texas summers.

It was as expected in size, weight, & looks, EXCEPT for the pleats. The pleats were uneven, very wrinkled, and the way it was folded added creases where they should not be. The pleats range from 1" to 4" in width. It's going to take a LOT of ironing to get this thing wearable and presentable.
