I had the same problem. No replacement staples that I have bought fit this gun. I did try contacting the company a few times but never got any response. So I am left with a useless gun. It's a pity because the gun itself is very good

There are large packs of staples on Amazon, five thousand of each I think. All their contact details are on the leaflet in the box
