This coffee cup comes with the self warming cup, a wireless Qi charger coaster, a USB A to C cable and a wall brick. At first due to the limited wall outlets I have at my desk, I plugged the Qi charger into my lamps USB outlet, which gave me very unsatisfactory results in terms of heating ability. I then switched to the provided wall brick, and it now keeps my coffee toasty warm! I like drinking my coffee over the span of an hour or two, and I always suffered cold coffee nearing the middle to end of my cup, but this issue is no more! I personally would prefer it a tiny bit hotter, but I believe for 90% of people, the temperature it keeps the coffee at will not be an issue.It is important to note, the cup will automatically heat itself the second you put it on the Qi charging coaster. There is no on or off button. If you are done with your coffee, I recommend not putting it back on the coaster if you don't want to waste power or just keep your cup warm. When you're done with your coffee however, it doubles as a wonderful and reliable phone charger!The only issue I have with the cup, which is why I gave it 3 stars in the safety department, is if you put your cup down on the coaster after cleaning it lets say or a little coffee spills and it gets wet on the bottom, it is possible for the coffee cup to stick to the coaster via the suction of the liquid. This happened to me and I did not notice in time and I ended up spilling a bunch of coffee on myself as a result of this. Thankfully, it was not scalding hot at the time. I feel this could have been prevented if the manufacturer added some weight under the Qi pad to make it a little more less susceptible to this.Overall, despite the single safety concern, I think this is a wonderful product and you should get one now if you're a warm drink enthusiast! It will certainly improve your morning routine.

I had an Ember heated mug and I did like it but, using it every day, it lasted less than two years. With a Li battery, I guess that is inevitable.This mug, however, is the right size, the right price and keeps the coffee at a perfect temperature for me. It has a simpler ( more reliable, longer lasting?) design. If one is at their desk and can keep putting the mug back on the cradle, it can be the perfect solution.The power cord could be a bit longer. I use a USB extension.I highly recommend it.

It works very well and keeps my coffee hot. About 130/140 degrees. It doesn’t get my desk all hot and it shuts off after an hour if you forget your mug on the device. The led light lights up different colors to let you know it’s heating or off or warm. It is made in China

I used to get frustrated because my coffee would get cold before I had finished it. That’s no longer the case. This wireless, Bluetooth coffee mug solved my problem. My coffee stays wam until the last drop! The mug was also cost less than other Bluetooth mug warmers.

I love this set. I keep the warmer on my desk at work so I can sip on my hot coffee all day then charge my phone when it's gone. At first it feels weird for the very last drop to still be piping hot since my coffee is usually cold by the time I drink half a cup. Consequently, I find myself drinking at least twice as much coffee as I used to.
