**Q: Hi, can anyone tell me if orthotic's insole be used on these boots ?**
A: I ordered a half size larger in a wide and use an insole in my boots and it works just fine.

**Q: made in USA? What does "imported" in the listing mean then?**
A: Made in China.  Disappointing for sure. Hopefully they move production to USA or at least to a more friendly trading partner!  Love the boot!

**Q: Can they be used in snow?**
A: Theyre NOT a snow shoe..they can get wet..But before you do that, put good weatherproofing oil. Leather is a porous material.

**Q: Can someone please clarify what the letters after the number sizes indicate? I'd love to have a pair of these boots.**
A: Letters indicate width. Google manufacturer's sizing chart.
