It was good but not enough pasta for 2 adults

I rarely dine out so every now and then I will indulge in something that’s a little bit more pricey than what I’m accustomed to paying for things. I wish that I didn’t try this pasta because it is so delicious! I am not a woman of means otherwise I would purchase this on a weekly basis! The taste was very nice warm but once it cooled in the fridge, I must say I felt the urge for a little snacking in the evening and my goodness, so delicious when cold!

These have a very good texture and mouth feel, and hold up very well -- I've had other options that turn brittle or turn to mush after a while. These don't! The only weird things for me show up after storing unused portions for a day or two. They do dry, and liquid comes out into the bottom of the container, so I will (from now on) throw a paper towel in the bottom. They also have a slight beany smell when opening the storage container, but it's gone by the time you re-heat and put sauce on them.

As some us venture to find "alternative" GF pastas, this one is like most. Texture is just not the same as "regular" flour pastas, but much better than others. Finding that "sweet spot" for cooking time may take a few times. That being said, will be costly as this and other GF pastas are not as inexpensive as gluten pastas. Like I and others have said for years, eating healthy is expensive. Overall, a good product .

Mushy when cooked for suggested time.

I have bought this brand before from the store myself and personally love these noodles so I was excited to get them from Amazon sent straight to my door unfortunately the packaging was not suitable and jeopardized the integrity of these food items. The boxes are ripped, wet and have holes in them… I am now uncomfortable with eating them or feeding them to my children

Very tasty I over cooked it a bit but very good with meat sauce. twice the cost as Big Y

I bought this for my birds, as pet birds are not supposed to have semolina flour based pasta. Sweet potato is a “super food” for them! They love this! I serve it to them with mashed sweet potatoes (as a “sauce”) and they gobble it up! Very healthy for them!
