This syringe is a real medical grade stainless steel chrome plated syringe. It comes with 3 cartridges (t-virus, anti-virus, and nemesis) and can easily be swapped out in the syringe. The cartridges, are 1.5 ml and made of glass. They are also medical/lab grade. The aluminum needle has been dulled, and is 16 gauge. The words "Umbrella Corporation" can be seen from the viewing window.
