Don't know what I did without him! So I've had him for the days. I did hours and hours of research on features, price, quality, and customer service. My sleepless night on NYE is your gain. I have a short hair dog that sheds quote a bit and hardwood floors where she spends the majority of her time. This little guy keeps me from having to sweep it up almost daily. She barked at it on his first run and now she's used to it already. It's low enough to go under all my furniture and in the dining area I found if I turn the chairs a certain way he'll treat them like the "edge" of the table and if I need him to go close to the actual base, then I can just move the chairs away from the table making sure to space them out a bit. The little guy was super easy to set up and is efficient and does a great job. This has exceeded my expectations for the price and I'm super happy. I will try and update again after a month or so!

This thing is a piece of junk. Started out to work fine, but didn't take long until it would not pick up hardly anything. I continually had to follow it around with the remote control in order to get it to go where I needed it. This was after I had swept all the dirt and lint into the middle of the room. I cleaned it after each use so I know it is not consumer at fault. Guess I am stuck with it now. Should have paid closer attention to the return date. Would not buy this product again. Would not recommend it. Especially with such a short return window. Oh well...... Duped again by Amazon.

It was working fine for a few months in fact I bought an extra one for my niece both they only work for one minute or two before they shut down. The battery is still good they probably overheat. Now they are useless.

Definitely entertaining and useful, but lacks intelligence. It often gets stuck under chairs and can't find it's way out because it keeps bumping into chair legs. For example, the vacuum will find its way under a chair - hit a leg - rotate 180 degrees - hit another leg - rotate 180 degrees - hit that same first leg - rotate 180 degrees - and so on, and so on, until it eventually just shuts down or dies (never watched log enough to find out which). It does a GREAT job of picking up dirt that the eye can't see. I'm constantly wiping things down and cleaning up any spills/messes from the kids (self-proclaimed OCD), yet this vacuum still accumulates a substantial amount of dust, fibers, and tiny debris. The "spot clean" function is hit-or-miss, and it doesn't clean well on embossed rugs (rugs with depth and complex topographies). And, it has gotten hung up on the corners of those rugs as well as hung up on some of the in-floor vent diffusers. In which, for all of those scenarios, the vacuum shuts down and gives an error code. However, the price ($199 at the time of this review) makes it a reasonable investment [compared to other robotic vacuums] for anyone that needs daily cleaning (i.e. those with kids or pets). Especially if you need to vacuum, but can't divert your attention (i.e. those with newborns or babies).

I think it does a great job for a smooth floor like I have. Since this was a used product, the price was excellent and Amazon' inspection was good. There was a part out of place but I was able to fix it. In general, this was a great buy. Thank you!!

So far, love him! Certainly a learning-curve for this little guy. He does a beautiful job. The most important thing is to de-clutter before you let him loose. You need to stay with him to see how he works. Does a beautiful job on hardwood--no scratching. I have had other robotics and so far, I like this one the best. Only six month warraty on battery. Therefor, I eep the product box and the shipping box. This is a great value. I hope it lasts mefor years!

I have bought this product two times. Each time it has stopped working after 13 months. The battery won’t last more than 12-13 months and when you contact costumer support they just tell you to pay if you want it repaired. A total waste of money. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I broke down in less than 2 years.
