I was terrified of receiving a brick in a box, or just a knock off, i decided to purchase it out of trust of amazon and the seller long time history on the page.Well, it did arrive, right on time, and yes, it is the korean Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5GAs far as i'm concerned, the box was in not great condition, but who cares? the phone is new, the box was FACTORY SEALED, and it included all of it's accesories of course, they very kindly included an American AC adaptor to convert the european pronts to the american ones.The camera is gorgeous, the zoom is great, all the things you already expect from the phone are there, just, a couple of details. First of, it is not 12GB of Ram, it's actually 10.29 (i don't know if some of it is mapped somewhere else, but the SO only has access to 10.29GiB)And the signal reception, i had to disable the 5G capability since apparently it lowers the power output and in my personal home it barely reaches any signal, i don't know even if my carrier supports 5G at all, but this is a caviat. without 5G and only on LTE mode, i get barely 1 bar of signal, i'm not sure if this is a region problem or if this extends to the whole galaxy 20 ultra line, but i think it's worth mentioning it.100% satisfaction with the seller, i would absolutely purchase again with them.

Everything was super excellent with this phone until November 14 of 2021 that it stope receiving data service from my US provider (spectrum). I call and tried to do everything to get it to get the data service again but nothing worked.They check my IMEI number and suddenly the IMEI of this phone is not elegible to be used on US providers anymore 🤷🏽‍♂️. It happened to me after like 4 months of use so be aware US user... US providers are not liking anymore phones that are not bought directly from them

The media could not be loaded.  So Far so good on the performance, move pretty smoothly camera is really nice love the style and size which is a Just pinch larger screen than my note 9. Storage space is plenty,but so is the price. So if you got the cash, and you want something a good amount of storage space with all the bells and Whistles, ohyea its completely unlocked so take your old SD card and put it in and you ready to rock.

I loved the fast delivery, product looks perfect.Only one small issue the plug was not US comparable. But to the sellers credit I just found out and based on how fast they respondI'm certain they will contact me to take of this. Over all top product.

This and all unlocked devices will not work on US carriers as of February of 22. This is because they are shutting down 3g networks. And non carrier phones will not be able to use voLTE.I tried to return this phone as unopened and explain to the vendor, but they refuse to except the return or answer my email! I wasn't blaming them, as I just found out myself when I tried to activate it at AT&T. But c'mon, take the phone back! We never even opened the box after the sales guy told me!

It is the snapdragon model!, everything was good, came fast and with multiple gifts, the only downside is that i was charge an import tax (im from Mexico), but aside from that, i am very pleased.

The product corresponds to the description. The order was processed immediately by the seller. I will not add any photos because the phone is new. I definitely recommend their services.

The screen entered into a "Black screen of death" out of nowhere, after months - and i didnt even used the phone in any extensive way - no gaming no nothing. out of nowhere - BOOM. when trying to contact the seller - no one is giving answers. IT SHOULDN'T HAPPENED!!! 1000$ for nothing.
