I've used Lyle's for years to quickly yet subtly add a hint of sweetness to stews, casseroles, soups, stir-fry, etc. Its strong caramel banknote is never too assertive, but provides an indefinable something. The squeeze bottle makes it so much easier to use than the can.

We discovered Lyles Golden Sryup a few years ago when it was mentioned on The Great British Baking Show. We are fans for life.It has a rich taste we love and is made with cane sugar NO high fructose corn sryup! We use it on oatmeal, toast, pancakes and in baking. Very glad Amazon carries it.

Tastes like the original
I grew up eating this and it's great nostalgia for me. I was worried whether this tasted the same as the original, the one that comes in a tin. It tastes exactly the same. It's great on French toast and oatmeal. This was the best price I could find.
