I love this way of taking my B12 an essential vitamin. This tiny pink kinda sweet pill dissolves under your tongue quickly. And IT WORKS!!! I’ve been taking this daily for years and my blood levels are always good at therapeutic levels. Lots of people are deficient and this is a great way to get it back up to speed. Furthermore I’ve used this company for years. Always the same in an actual glass jar too. Dr Greger thinks we need it daily for good health. He never mentions a brand. But I like this one best. Ps if you are looking for B12 supplements make sure to get the cyanocobolomine one.

The only Vit B 12 we use. Just place under tongue and it dissolves quite easily. Never had a problem with nuggets getting soggy or sticking in jar.

This is the second time ordering this supplement. Being a vegetarian I knew I needed B12 and recent bloodwork indicated this supplement is working as my numbers were great. It is recommended to have a subliminal for effectiveness and these taste good and are easy to chew and swallow.

Pleasant size and small size but do not dissolve as readily as some other brands

Solgar como no... son pastillitas muy pequeñas... del tamaño de una lenteja... fáciles de tomar, el saber es agradable... ante otras que he probado y una buena opción para subir los niveles de Vitamina B12 que son tan importantes para nuestro cerebro. Buena calidad, buen producto!!

Mi vitamina B12 preferida: excelente sabor y dosificación muy práctica. No como carne y me salen las analíticas perfectas. Viene bien precintada, Solgar es una marca excelente.

El envase es de cristal por lo que ya se aprecia desde un primer momento la buena calidad. Los comprimidos tienen sabor a fresa y se deshacen muy rápidamente en la boca; el método adecuado para la toma es vía sublingual. En cuanto a la dosis, si bien el fabricante recomienda 1 comprimido diario, por su concentración (1.000 miligramos por cada uno) con hacer 3 tomas semanales sería más que suficiente para aportar toda la vitamina B12 que nuestro cuerpo necesita teniendo en cuenta que solamente la aportamos por esta vía.
