95 and was very happy with them
hippox vs Iblast audio vs TREBLAB XR100I originally purchased the TREBLAB XR100 to use because POWERBEATS were not staying charged long enough. I didn’t want to spend another $140.00 so I bought the TREBLAB XR100 for $39.95 and was very happy with them. I then saw the Iblast audio and it seemed to be a step up from the TREBLAB XR100 then I received a LIGHTNING DEAL on the hippox for $25 off, so I bought that one also. So by the time I was done I spent the $140 any way, my bad. I might as well help everyone else out and tell you what I found out.SIZE AND WEIGHT:Hippox, Iblast audio and the TREBLAB XR100 all weigh 20 grams or 0.7055 oz. All three are very similar in size and shape the only difference is the face plate on the hippox and the iblast audio have a raised center seam on the face plate and TREBLAB XR100 is flat. The on/off/Home button switch is differently shaped on the hippox and Iblast audio it is tear dropped and round on the TREBLAB XR100.All three have the same length cord which is approx. 21 ¾ in.SOUND QUALITY:I am very impressed with the sound quality of all three of these wireless headsets. I could not notice any difference in the sound quality between any of the three and my PowerBeats. They all produce great bass. The quality on voice calls is exceptional on all three. Clarity of voice on the other end was clear.WIND NOISE:I WILL UPDATE WHEN I HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO THOROUGHLY TEST IT UNDER WINDY CONDITIONS.CASE/CHARGING CORD:Hippox, Iblast audio and the TREBLAB XR100 all come with a carrying case, which are all very similar to one another. The difference is the TREBLAB XR100 was two-tone color (red zipper black case) as where the iblast audio and the TREBLAB XR100 are all black. All have a mesh holder on the inside of the case which is convenient. These are solid cases and a very nice bonus with the purchase of the headphones. All 3 came with a 12 inch charging cables and 3 different size Earbuds. The TREBLAB XR100 had 6 different Earbuds (3 different sizes and 2 different styles).PAIRING/BLUETOOTH:All come with an easy and straight forward pairing process. I have a Nexus 6P phone they all paired the first time in seconds, absolutely no problems. All demonstrated the same or very similar range on the Bluetooth. They all had an approximately 20 foot (line of sight) range before starting to breaking up. They all lost signal completely at 32 to 35 feet away (line of sight). Going around a corner lost signal quicker, reduced to approximately 10 feet away. But quite honestly how often are you going to leave your device 20 feet away?I verified that all three were able to connect to at least two devices at the same time. I connected to two different Nexus 6P’s at the same time. Notably, I was able to answer one phone, while listening to music from the other. The music stopped and when I finished the call the music resumed automatically. This was something I wasn’t ever able to accomplish with my PowerBeats.CHARGE TIME:WILL UPDATE IN A WEEK OR SO WHEN I HAVE HAD TIME TO TEST CHARGING AND PLAY TIME.TREBLAB XR100 first charge gave me about approx. 8 hours of music play at mostly high volume. I will continue to test the other two.PRICE:hippox $49.99 (I purchased the Hippox on Lightning Deal which was $25 off, my cost was $24.99) vs Iblast audio $49.01 vs TREBLAB XR100 at $39.95, compared to PowerBeats at $140.WORKOUTS:I WILL UPDATE THIS POST WHEN I HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO THOROUGHLY TEST IT UNDER A LONG RUN.I have not had a chance to test for running. At this point, I am a little afraid that the ear loop is not strong enough to keep the earbuds firmly in my ear on a long run.WATERPROOF/WATER RESISTANT: Hippox and the iblast audio both claim to be water proof, but the TREBLAB XR100 is only water resistant.Hippox, Iblast audio, TREBLAB XR100 PROS:Light WeightVery Good SoundVery Good Sound CancelingEasy to PairPairs to Multiple Devices at the Same TimeNice CasePrice, Price, Price, Price VS PowerBeatsCONs:Over the Ear Strap seems to be way too flimsy.BOTTOM LINE:First, I have not been paid for nor was I given any discounted price for this review. I did however get the hippox on Lightning Deal which was $25 off. I would not have bought this one for the original price of $49.99 that it sales for, only because I had already bought two others. It is my opinion that these all are made at the same place and are exactly the same unit just with different names put on them. The difference in the design of the face plate is probably due to older model verses newer model. With that said, all of these units are very much worth the money. The hippox had the nicest packaging and presentation however there was no mention of a warranty in any of the enclosed information (Buyer Beware). The TREBLAB XR100 was the best priced and came with 6 different earbuds, (most likely last year’s model) a 1 year warranty. The iblast audio had a 90 day replacement and 1 year warranty most concise instructions.I hope this helps you make your decision. Great bluetooth earbuds for the price.
This is the third pair of sport bluetooth earbuds I have owned, following the Jaybird Bluebuds X and Powerbeats 2. I am an audiophile and have always been involved with music and sports since I was a kid, so I figure it may be helpful if I compare the three earbuds. In chronological order:- JAYBIRD BULEBUDS XBass quality: 8/10Mid range quality: 8/10Treble quality: 8/10Overall sound quality: 8/10Build quality: 8/10Ease of use: 6/10Comfort: 6/10Stability during exercise: 6/10- These earbuds had a crisp, clean sound with a fairly flat EQ. Bass was not heavy, but clean and accurate. Pretty comfortable, but would make your ears a bit sore after a couple hours. Unfortunately, I lost these very decent bluetooth earbuds.- POWERBEATS2Bass quality: 9/10Mid range quality: 8/10Treble quality: 8/10Overall sound quality: 8/10Build quality: 3/10Ease of use: 4/10Comfort: 6/10Stability during exercise: 9/10- Very deep, heavy on the bass, yet warm, clean, and nicely balanced sound. Great for electronic music, rock, hip hop, etc. Vocals will come out clean, high frequencies will be quieter yet crisp, and bass will be powerful. For how heavily these are balanced towards the lower frequencies, the mids and treble still are quite present and accurate. Very well balanced sound for exercising. But the buttons and basic electronics in these headphones are terrible. Very quickly, strange problems started to occur. They would only turn on sometimes. Volume buttons would only work sometimes. They would take for ever to charge and only hold a charge sometimes. Problems only got worse, then the volume button casing literally broke in half. Totally dead and in my trashcan within 4 months of purchase. Maybe mine was a lemon, but too expensive to try again.- TREBLAB XR100Bass quality: 8/10Mid range quality: 6/10Treble quality: 6/10Overall sound quality: 6/10Build quality: 8/10Ease of use: 8/10Comfort: 9/10Stability during exercise: 8/10- I expected a lot out of these, and they have mostly met my expectations. These earbuds look great and have a great price tag. At first listen, I realized the Powerbeats2 had noticeably better sound quality than the XR100's. They still sound good, just not quite as clean or warm. The sound just seems the slightest bit washed out or tinny, but they definitely kick pretty hard. If they sounded any cheaper though, I probably would be looking to buy a different pair. Because I am picky. That is why these bad boys get 4/5 stars instead of 5/5. Expect the XR100's to have a loud, almost live sound, with a lot of bass as well as treble. They actually sound quite impressive with much of the electronic music I tend to listen to. The build quality is solid while also being very lightweight. They are comfortable even if I'm going for a long run. All buttons and functions work consistently.Considering all of this, and that the price is also less than half of what I payed for the Jaybirds or the Powerbeats2, I am very happy with my purchase.

Performance,Sound Quality & Comfort
I received these headphones today from Amazon they were well packaged and arrived by 12 noon, The headphone packaging was far better than those of similar manufactures everything was well packed inside the box which has a sticker seal to prove that the box has been unopened, I had been looking at theses headphones for quite a few months but decided to take the plunge as they were on special price here on Amazon, I contacted Treblad who kindly gave me a 20% discount code to use at the checkout, thanks to them for their valued help. I currently own several pairs of headphones both corded and bluetooth but these headphones tick so many boxes that I was mad not to have purchased a set before now. They charged fairly quickly and are pleasant to the touch the enclosed operating instructions are a great help however when you are trying to pair the set to your player please remember not to have them in your ears at this time as there is no audio confirmation that the are in pairing mode, that said what can I say about these headphones well, you hardly notice that your are wearing them as they are so light and comfortable compared to the Jabra sport model, I am currently testing them by listening to various kinds of pop music using my trusted FiiO X3 2nd Gen Hi-Res audio player, the sound is crisp and the bass is very good but I would recommend that you use the foam ear tips as they are more comfortable and also reduce the outside noise which is great for the gym if you don't like the kind of music that most gyms use these days, I am now going to listen to some classical music to see how they respond. bbs.Hello again, just listening to Swan lake at the moment and so far so good the music sound clear and precise and the bass is super this is am amazing sound from such a small headphone, the volume level is high which is better than others that are on the market but for such a low cost you should really give these XR100 are try and see for your self. happy listening.

You get what you pay for... poor sound quality
After hunting & researching for several days I settled on these headphones after reading such good reviews & with them being a great price. When they arrived the earloop sat about 0.5cm higher than the top of my ear. I felt I could probably manage with this. Wearing them out for my 1st run turned into an incredibly frustrating experience as everytime I tipped my head slightly forwards the sound cracked & went very quiet. If I tipped my head slightly backwards the sound crackled & got unbearably loud.I have sent them back as I cannot be expected to exercise without moving my head at all, they are not good for anyone wanting to use them for any kind of exercise. A massive disappointment & I won’t be buying any of these products again.

Brilliant!
Absolutely amazed by the sound quality. Bass and it defo blocks outside noise. Really light and all the buttons are in the right place. The only thing that's annoyed me a tiny bit.. is the actual rubber that fits behind your ear it's very flimsy and loose could do with a better holder for behind the ear. Apart from that brilliant quality! A*

Inexpensive gym headphones
For the price you can hardly be picky with these headphones. The battery life is pretty good, around 5 hours for me with pretty regular use, and the buttons make it easy to change track and turn the music up or down. They are perfect for the gym and they rarely fall out or come loose in my ears while working out.The only gripe I have with these headphones is that the bass is wwaaaaayyyy too powerful. It drowns out the mids and the treble. Even after changing the EQ settings on my phone it is still quite 'murky', not particularly clear.Like I said, for the price they are fantastic and they definitely do the job while at the gym. However, for audiophiles, I would recommend something else.

Bass that makes your pupils dilate
I read various magazine round-ups of different earphones, all of which recommended things that were way out of my price range, or budget versions that had poor user reviews.I went for these based on user reviews and I'm glad I did. Firstly, I was impressed by the packaging, documentation and build quality, especially at the price point. The controls on the phones include volume and track skip, they go incredibly loud, and the battery lasts long enough for a fatty to run a marathon in fancy dress. When I went for my first run I was massively impressed by the fit and the sound quality. I didn't have to adjust them at any point, the buds that were already attached were perfect for my ears.Underworld live sounded so good I had to stop myself busting shapes and having flashbacks as I powered round the park. Almost a 5k PB. Surprised I'm not having a come-down today.
