Now I can say I have “everything, including the kitchen sink” in my purse!
Bought it as a joke, because my purse is so heavy. People have said “ My God! What have you got in there”! LOL. I would say “ everything but the kitchen sink”. LOL! Now, I can say that the kitchen sink is in there as well!! LOL!Seriously though, it truly is well made. Cast and glazed ceramic, with metal finishes. Must be put together, I used super-glue. Had to use a needle file to open the ‘drain hole’ a bit to properly seat the metal drain. Other than that. Very well made!Maybe, I’ll actually start a doll house! But for now, it’ll be in its sturdy box, in my purse, for when the next person asks what’s in my bag!! :D

The metal parts don't fit the ceramic part. Assembly impossible
I advise serious caution if you are looking for quality dollhouse items from these sources. IF the sink were made properly with quality control, it could be a good addition to an adult's dollhouse, but these pieces are obviously not inspected. The holes in the sink bottom are way, way too small for the leg parts. The drain hole is no where near large enough for the drain part. The scale is not correct, though the ad says it's 1:12. Better off building items, or buying at brick and mortar so you can inspect them. Not recommended.

Must be glued together
I didn't read the description because I already have one that was put together when I got it, but I also paid 5 times more for it. Anyway this one must be put together but crazy glue didn't work so I used a hot glue gun which wasn't ideal but it got the job done. The reason Im giving 2 stars is because the faucet holes were too small and I couldn't fit the faucets in. That was annoying so I returned hoping to get a better one but I had the same issue with the replacement. I used a small screw driver to make the holes bigger.

not that good
I'm a big hobbyist and have tons of miniatures.. I've always wanted a vintage porcelain sink but in shops they top $60.. I saw this and was like "let's get it!" the assembly is very flimsy and off lacking directions, the legs damaged the corner of the glass basin, chipping it. The metal detail pieces do not properly fit the pre made holes and I had to use a special drill bit to widen them. I'd recommend skipping for something else unless you like a challenge.

Perfect for my dollhouse. Made well!
Very nice-with porcelain sink and metal pipes and fittings. I had no trouble putting this together. I actually used white plumbers putty to connect the pieces. I did have to play around with the back pipe to position it so the whole thing would balance on 3 legs, but it worked out well and feels perfect for my 1/12 dollhouse.

Blemished.
I was sent a factory defect with visible blemishes that never should have been sent to a customer. If not for that, I would have given it 5 stars. Now my time will be wasted with the return process and I won't meet my deadline.

Sturdy porcelain & metal
My vintage dollhouse needed a real sink, and here it is! I used glue specific to metal and porcelain. After the glue dried I found the back 'drain pipe' was not level - my bad entirely. I used heavy mounting craft adhesive to affix the sink to the kitchen wall and make it level.

Minor Quibble
I love almost everything about this miniature sink except that the sink depression itself is very shallow and I was expecting it to be deeper. Otherwise it looks very authentic. The metal parts need to be glued in, but it's easy to do and the overall effect is very good. A better photo would make the shallow sink more obvious.
