The car is very cute. I assembled it, charged the batteries and, NOTHING. I called the 713 area code number they said to call if help was needed. No answer, never heard from them. I sent the seller a detailed message, crickets. This was 7 days before Christmas so as the say, "Time was of the Essence," or something like it. Figuring I still remembered something I got out an electrical meter and began checking voltage and continuity. It didn't take long to identify the problem. Someone had glued the voltage supply wires to the wires attached to the plus and minus poles of the battery and then put electrical tape over the mess. What was someone thinking? Not the biggest problem, but why?

My husband had no trouble putting the car together and my kids love it. The side mirrors broke off within a week but I contribute it to my son being a bad driver lol. My only issue is the car is on the smaller side so this being recommended for children up to 6 is not realistic. My 5yo is barely able to fit in the car with my 2 yo because his knees are up so high. 2-4 yo is really a better fit.

We bought this for Christmas and have used it a handful of times. It is sturdy, it’s nice, and worked great other than the speed...It’s now approaching May and now that it’s nice out, we’d like to take it out. Unfortunately it is extremely slow (on high setting). A full charge doesn’t change the speed either. It worked great the first two times we used it. It was stored properly and not tampered with so unsure why it is such a slow poke. Unfortunate because our daughter did love this expensive gift. 2 stars for quality being well, otherwise there’d be less stars. Wouldn’t buy again.

I purchased this product for my two year old granddaughter but she’s 36 pounds and 36 inches and it seems very small for her. Apart from that it does appear to have some defects one issue being the alignment is off and there’s a continued veering to the right when driving. The windshield should snap in but the passenger side continues to pop out. We are in the process of returning it and hoping to resolve the issue with the seller.

This was very cute but that’s all that it was good for. No matter what we did, it didn’t work wouldn’t even power up. Trying to find company and contacting the seller also did no good. I also heard that this occurred with another person. Waiting on more day then will file grievance.

Was fairly easy to assemble. Once charged up and batteries put into remote. The car never turned on or fired up. I even watch assembly video and troubleshooting at the wiring to no avail. The car just doesn’t turn on, my son is just pushing it around. Waiting on third part to approve return currently.

i have purchased several of these riding cars, jeeps, and trucks for my grands, and this one surpasses them all!love this one and so do my grandkids. (and their parents)

Received this after many hours of trying to charge it just will not charge at all very disappointed! The body also has a lot of scratches which I could live with but the car is useless without it working took apart multiple times and still not working
