Been taking this forever. It's not an item you find too many places. So I continue taking it. It has a lot of benefits that I probably don't get in food so I take a couple every week.

I’ve been using these vitamins now for a couple of months and like them, but this last order the gel pills came all stuck together and damaged, I couldn’t get them apart, vitamins are suppose to be kept in a cool temperature and these were obviously not or they were old, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again Im gonna grab them at the store to ensure I get a fresh batch.

B vitamins are kinda hard to take… they smell so “vitaminy”, and then there’s the neon effect it has on urine (😳yikes)… but these seem to be doing the job!
