Having had some sleeping problems lately I was looking forward to trying this relaxation oil and see its effectiveness. A few points I noticed when using this oil:First, the smell is really pleasant and enjoyable. I usually put some of this oil on my wrists and then rub it to my neck, too. It is an enjoyable experience and the smell definitely improves my mood.Second, the bottle is very comfortable to travel with. The size is fairly small and fits well to the purse or backpack. Hence, I can take this oil with me when travelling long distances as well as when going to work.Third, the oil is easy to use and does not leave any side effect on clothes or makeup. This scent is not applied by spraying (like perfume) but rather rubbing the tip of the bottle to the skin. Hence, the amount of oil applied on the skin can be easily controlled as well as the exact locations this oil is applied to.As mentioned above, I was rather excited to try this oil to improve my sleeping. Sadly, I did not notice any difference in the quality of sleep I have when using this oil nor shortened amount of time I take to fall asleep.To sum up, although this relaxation oil does not have any effect on my sleep, it definitely has a positive effect on my mood and is a great addition to my evening rituals.

This was larger than I expected. I ordered it for my husband thinking he’d use it during his work day on the road. He used it and liked it but said he’d put it on before leaving the house as he worried it would break in his van. As it was sitting on his bedside table I decided to try it and fell in love with it. It’s hard to describe an aroma that feels relaxing but you put it on and breathe it in deeply and it just feels amazingly calming. I now have it by the bed and put it on when I feel the need for calm. It’s a lovely shaped bottle too that fits in my pen tub. It never ceases to amaze me how much relief an expertly blended essential oil mix can give. This one is superior to anything I’ve used before though and I can see why it’s called flight mode. I realised I haven’t used the CBD spray I keep for daytime anxiety relief since first using this.This does come in a nice box and it would make a beautiful gift.

This Portable Aromatherapy 8ml Roll On by LBB intrigued me. While advertised for use during travel, from experience I know how effective essential oils and aromatherapy can be and I was especially interested in the possibility of it promoting better sleep. I have chronic pain that often results in a broken night’s sleep, so I am always eager to seek new strategies to improve sleep patterns.The roll on contains a blend of lavender, patchouli, cedarwood and sandalwood, rounded off with scents of eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint, marjoram, and lemon. All ingredients, including its base, are 100% natural, vegan, and cruelty-free.While I cannot distinguish the individual scents, after using the oil on my pulse points on wrists and behind ears, the lovely citrus top notes were noticeable and I immediately felt calmer. Hours later, I could still detect its woody base notes.The important question is did it help with my sleep? I certainly have found that on the nights I use it as part of my bedtime routine that I fall asleep quickly and sleep more soundly. So, for me that’s a yes.It is clearly a high quality blend of oils and is beautifully presented in a slender frosted glass vial with an attractive box. The size means that it is easy to carry when out and about.The current price seems high though even using it most nights for weeks I have hardly noticed a change in the level of the oil in the vial. So I expect that it will last for a considerable period of time. Plus, that I am finding it an effective sleep aid means that it is well worth the money. I expect that I will purchase more when this vial is finished.I would also feel that it would make an unusual and thoughtful gift.

You can tell from the smell that this is a strong blend and has a potent but pleasant aroma. Somewhat spicy and definitely woody as described and I could not pick out the individual scents. You could probably get all the listed oils to fill an 8ml bottle at a fraction of the cost per ml and considering there is carrier oil in here I find the price tag quite extreme. I find it promotes a sense of relaxation in me and I will do anything to help me get to sleep. I like it a lot as a product so I am not marking it down for the cost and it would no doubt go down well as a gift for an essential oil user. They have certainly put some effort into getting a pleasing blend.

I suffer from bad anxiety and I am always using some lotion, potion or oil to try help keep me calm. This is one of the first oils that I have used that I feel actually works. It comes presented in a beautifully glass rollerball bottle giving it that expensive feel. I use this on all my pulse points and inhaling deeply from my wrists making me feel instantly making me feel a lot more calmer and relaxed. I also use this a lot to help me meditate it really helps me keep my calm which is a hard thing for me to do. I'm not sure it is worth the price tag but it really is worth a try if you suffer from anxiety like me
