Yo Gourmet Freeze Dried Yogurt Starter - 1 Box Containing 6 Each 5 Gram Packets - PACK OF 3

When I placed the order the picture was of the old packaging with the original sized packets. When it arrived it was the new packaging and sizing amount. It says the packet works for a quart but my yogurt maker makes 42 ounces. I decided to just give it a go and was happy to see that the 42 ounces (1% milk) turned into yogurt with a perfect texture and nice flavor. The least expensive way to purchase was for 6 boxes so I am glad it worked, phew! The expiration is March 2023 so that was a relief as well!!

Made a few batches so far. Every one has been perfect

Excellent results with every use. I really recommend if you like a excellent tasting thick yogurt.

I have purchased this product for years and the packets of starter always had information on the front and back of them. They were thicker double packets connected and required scissors to separate them. The packets I received in this order were blank, thin paper and not connected. There should always be information on products for consumption. I can't return them. Be sure to check the photos submitted with a product. Other vendors showed photos of the packets, this one did not.

It works all the time. We are very happy with it.

here are a few things to call out: (1) it's not a 5g packet, but rather a 3g; ( 2) the package says keep refrigerated, bit it took 5 days to arrive and obviously not refrigerated; (3) it only had 1 month to expirationI would not recommend this.
