I don't know about triple strength but the label says 700mg fish oil 1100mg flax seed oil and 200mg evening primrose oil for two capsules.No aftertaste that I can taste overall a good buy with the buy two get one free offer.The label gives almost everything in percentages instead of milligrams which is a little confusing.

A great value on these. Love the larger sized bottles as two of us take these daily in our house. The pills are large but very easy to swallow. Very good health benefits at a great price.

Update: AFTER 5 YEARS.This is still the best omega 3 out there, I highly recommend this.I have tried a bunch of different OMEGA 3s from various brands and by far this is the best. I would definitely recommend this.
