We found it very useful that the remote unit slid apart easily so we could test cable runs from one room to another very easily. Obviously if you're testing an uninstalled cable with both ends easily accessible the tester works fine also. The switch runs the tests at two different speeds. If the fast speed goes a little fast you can slow it down to more easily watch the matching lights illuminate during testing. It's simple, works exactly the way it should and it's durable. 有線LANの速度がとても遅いのでケーブルに問題があるかもしれないと言った記事を散見したので急ぎ購入しました。９V電池が必要です。親機と子機に分離できます。動画は先にスローモード、後に通常モードで撮影しました。 持っているケーブルはCAT６、６A、６準拠、７全て正常でした（長短１０本ほど）。一安心です。ということはプロバイダーが遅いと言うことがわかりました。プロバイダー（光回線マンションタイプ）との３年契約縛りが終わり次第乗り換え決定です。買って良かったです。
