Ever see the viral clip of the trash guy destroying a customers mailbox as he empties their trash can? Well I think the shipping department is ran by that guy. My package arrived and the box was so mangled. I opened it up, and the homogonizer looks like it had been previously used and then just tossed in the box. Nothing was in the packaging. There was just some random Styrofoam discs thrown in with a little bubble wrap. There were empty baggies and bread ties just thrown in there. I imagine they had previously contained the contents of my order, and tied up the power cord, when they were new. No idea why they just threw all that trash in with my order, other than to throw it in my face and let me know they just didn't care now that they had my money.Furthermore, I could not find the axle, which rendered my unit useless. However after searching and searching I found it jammed into a little crevice under one of the bottom flaps of the box, wedged into the tape. Upon further inspection I noticed the plastic collar that goes around it has a crack in it, so it could just pop off....so now I have to go through the hassle of sending this back.It just boggles the mind how a supposed "industrial and scientific" company could send things out like this.
