Good but not for everyday use
It's a good knife and very durable but u found once I started using the knife fif work the bearings that help the knife flick open easily get choked up and is just your average knife after 1 months work use as it stops easily opening slowes it down, the blade does sharpen Well stay sharp but the selling point gor me was fast back and quickly opening but it gave up under 4 weeks reasonably low use

MILWAUKEE KNIFE
MILWAUKEE Knife appears well made . I find mine very difficult to flip open , i have several flip open knives and i can open them easily , maybe it will get better with use .

Good edc/work knife
Usual Milwaukee build quality here. Holds an edge well, but the trade off is that it takes longer to sharpen. Really happy with it.

Over priced
The knife is very bad designed. Once you have locked the knife and you want to unlock the knife you have to put your fingernail in to push the release bar to close the knife. It would be a better design if the release bar had a bit more sticking out (see pic) so you could push it with your finger and not your fingernail. The knife is not really Sharp it will cut paper but tends to struggle bit compare to all the very sharp knives I own. Personally I think the knife is overpriced for what it is.

Best pocket folder knife! In my opinion.
Over the years I’ve owned many a folding knife, from cheap to more premium brands. For the money, this as exceeded my expectations. Sharp enough to shave the hairs off your arm straight out the box, hold its edge very well, not the most comfortable to hold but not uncomfortable. The black coating doesn’t seem to wear off unlike some of the Gerber knives I’ve owned which I found annoying. I’ve owned this for six months and still haven’t had the need to sharpen it. I’m a carpenter and I use this for every day use. Now and again I can image you’ll have to carry out little knife maintenance such as adjustment to the bearings as with most assisted flick knives, these loosen up with use, mine hasn’t yet. Definitely a well made item from Milwaukee and highly recommend. I have read some of the other reviews where people have had bad experiences with the knife but the only way I can see this kind of thing happening is because of two things, one, misuse! two, bad batch or one off bad production which can happen with any product.Yes D2 steel takes longer to sharpen and recommend using the correct tool to sharpen it so you keep that nice edge true to originally shipped. I use ceramic stone but some of the angle setter type sharpeners I can imagine being easier to use and maintain that consistent flow.Just buy it, you won’t be sorry. The fix blade D2 milkwaukee looks a good knife also, might be my next purchase but for now, this knife is awesome.
