Good and cost effective

Healthier brain after trauma
I bought this for my husband as he had some residual issues from stress and dehydration. It just a couple days I could see he was bouncing back from his ordeal. Much clearer thinking, better moods, and a lot more smiles.

Great supplement
Found out that I only convert 2/3 of my folic acid. This is partially converted, so more readily available. So far, so good.

Good value
These are a good value for 240 tablets. I normally buy another brand but came across these and they are much cheaper and a much larger quantity. This is the only form of folate that I can tolerate so I'm glad I found these. It took a little longer for these to ship but it was worth the wait.
