Got the recommended UGG waterproof spray and it simply did not give enough bang for the buck. So I bought this and it worked beautifully. Very even spray, came out consistently and made it easy to get good coverage. I did two pairs of UGGS and still had a lot left in the can. Just buy this.

I needed a suede protector for my Ugg boots for the Seattle winters (rain and sometimes snow). I sprayed my boots three times just in case and I was pleased when I took my boots out in the rain to see that it was repelling water. Since it mostly rains in Seattle, this suede protector kept my boots looking mostly clean and definitely better than without. I’m looking forward to using this spray on my suede purses.

For the past 10 years I have used an expensive kit to keep my boots from getting ruined by water, but I seem to be using that expensive kit up much faster than in the past. I grew up with Scotch Guard so bought a can because it always worked in the past and was 1/4 the price of what I had been using. Also, I wanted a spray vs a pump. Pros: Spray is easier to apply than a pump It works. It is much cheaper than other products. Cons: It stinks! I was used to no smell with my other product. You need to make sure you have an open area where you can spray your garment/boots and leave it safely to dry. You do NOT want this in your home. The spray is very strong. You need to shake the product well and then try spraying it on a piece of paper before you apply it. This will prevent spraying it unevenly or over-saturating your item(s). Biggest con: It stinks for hours!! I simply can't emphasize this enough. Will I purchase it again? Yes, it is a good value and I have proper space to use it.

I used almost a whole can on a new suede purse. It doesn't spray on wet and dried quickly. Not sure if it repels water, etc. I haven't gotten it wet.

This product has worked very well for me over the last 5 years. It has not changed the color of any of the 12 or so pairs that I have used it on. I use 2 light coats, letting it dry in between. Nozzle worked pretty well for me . Maybe once or twice, I had to turn the can upside down to spray just the propellant to clear the nozzle. Only negative to me is as the years roll by, there is less and less product in the same size can.

I was hoping the other reviews would be wrong about the can leaking, I was wrong. Will NOT be purchasing this one ever again, I will just get the regular one. The can leaked while shaking and spraying:/ The seller was kind enough to refund thankfully. Most of the product was on the floor :l
