Simple brush with magnet and loop does the job.
You don't need a "Swiss Army Knife" type of tool to maintain your hearing aids. These brushes are plain and simple and do the job. My hearing aids are over-the-ear with “tulip” domes and these brushes are perfect for cleaning and removing wax from the domes especially when they’ve been in an overnight dryer. They are perfect for the job. The bristles are supple and firm and long enough to do efficient work.-The magnet embedded in one end may be tiny, but it sure is strong enough to remove a stubborn battery from its enclosure.-The brushes are fairly small and I can keep one (as well as spare batteries) in my travel kit.-I don’t use the wax loop, so I can’t comment on it except to say it seems pretty strong.Overall, an excellent brush for keeping hearing aids in good condition.

useful
just what was needed -- the little lop on one end cleans out wax, and unlike other similar tools, on this one, the loop seems firmly affixed. and three in on pack means that i can keep one at home and one in my bag, and still have an extra.

When you need one, nothing else will do
The product is one of those very specialized tools that is perfect for the job. The best part is the magnet on the tip, which works very well for handling this tiny little hearing aid batteries. The brush on this product is not as good as some that I've had before. It works, but the bristles are kind of thin and not neatly lined up. Certainly deserves and okay rating.

Very handy tool for removing batteries and cleaning
Pro: Handy way to easily remove and replace batteries (with magnet in end of tool) from hearing aid. Wire loop helps remove wax.Con: Tools are wrapped so small that I almost threw them away with packaging (when many items shipped at once) and brush is more or less useless in my view. All in all the tool is worth the price. I bought three because they are easy to loose.

Very satisfied.
The product that arrived was slightly different than the picture on Amazon but I'm very happy with it. The magnet is not on the end but on the opposite side from the brush. An additional long cleaning tool is on the opposite end from the wax loop. The tool appears to be as good or better than the one pictured.

Product is suppose to be 3.5x0.2x0.5 but it is 2.25x.125x.375. Almost to small for someone to hold!

Its ok
I bought this to help my 3 year old get his batteries out easer. Magnet is not strong enough to get them out. The brush is vary hard.
