Is the pink noticeable

Not really... It's a very sheer gloss with the tiniest hint of color. Great to wear on top of lipstick or even on bare lips. The biggest draw for me was the SPF in it but I was most satisfied with the gloss itself

Is it suppose to be sealed when delivered?

I buy 3 of these at a time. Best lip gloss ever. No, they aren’t individually sealed anymore, though mine were shipped in a protective plastic sealed bag.
