The media could not be loaded.  If you want a memory foam layer on your mattress don't buy this, the layer can't be thicker than a few mm's.... those little foam eyeshadow applicators have thicker foam! I have had cheaper mattress's that have been far better than this one. What's worse is the mattress cannot be returned without huge cost and the hassle of somehow wrapping it up and then finding a courier to collect a full-size double mattress. I also am not financially able to go out and buy another mattress so would be sleeping on a floor while I waited for a refund even if I could somehow send it back. The first night sleeping on this mattress was probably one of the worse nights sleep I have ever had, the 2nd was only slightly improved by adding some padding. I now have to buy a topper to hopefully improve a very uncomfortable expensive mistake.The pros of this mattress...It arrived before the day it was due and was easy to get upstairs due to it being vacuum packed.The cons of this mattress..Having the words memory foam in the description is very, very misleading. There is absolutely no memory foam effect when pressing on the mattress.The layer of whatever is on top of the mattress is very thin, so thin the springs are very easily felt when even a slight amount of pressure is applied. I am very small and petite yet I could feel the springs while laying on my side digging in my hips, shoulders and elbows all night.There is no support at all at the sides of the mattress, it's just thin material then springs... I doubt this will hold under any amount of heavy use. I sleep alone but if I shared this bed getting to close to the edges would result in the sides collapsing and someone ending up on the floor.There are no handles on the sides so moving it around isn't easy.

There were no reviews for this mattress so I was a little hesitant to place an order but there many good reviews for the single equivalent and given the price, I decided to take a chance.Delivery was quick, arrived by next day courier, as informed by the seller.I panicked slightly when the box arrived as it was smaller than expected and when i took it out and unrolled it, it was less than 1" thick and only 4ft x 3ft in it's vacuum pack. You could see all the springs through the wrapping so I knew that it was as described in that respect. I removed the packaging and hey presto, it expanded in less than 10 seconds and was a full sized mattress. It is comfortable and stable, and offers medium to firm support.All in all, I'm fairly happy with the purchase and even more so at the price. Time will tell how it holds up long term.

Not a good mattress at all. You can feel the springs digging in as there's virtually no memory foam. Please, save yourself from disappointment and look elsewhere! Can't trust any reviews on Amazon lately, unless those giving 5* previously slept on the pavement :(

These mattresses are extremely heavy, they have really robust steel springs and the whole thing is more substantial than I expected for such a low price. Be warned, if you follow the instruction to ‘cut here’ to remove the polythene cover, you’ll cut through the cotton backing of the mattress itself so go carefully, also less than halfway through cutting the wrapping there’s an almighty bang and the rest of it rips, sending the rapidly expanding and heavy mattress in all sorts of directions! It feels phenomenally bouncy, like a trampoline to sit on but when you lie on it to sleep it’s firm and steady. I have a debilitating condition that makes sleeping a sort of endurance test but from the first night I found this extremely comfortable and supportive: I’m really impressed! Firm but somehow soft - I’m pleasantly surprised!

A really good medium to firm mattress my son loves it it's a bit taller than most mattresses but that's ok the sheets still fit on it ..it was fun un doing the roll it was rolled into just put in the middle of the bed cut the plastic and it unrolls and exspands in from your eyes ..woukd recommend

A really good product.Looking at how expensive Mettresses can be, and the price range for different products - it might be a bit overwhelming to choose your perfect one... what do I look for? How much should it cost? Is it gonna be comfortable?We chose this one, and it seemed like the best choice we could make.It came is fairly small package - which made it easy to bring up the stair, easy unpack, give it a few seconds to shape up - and voila!!!I slept like baby since day one when it came, its almost a month and nothing changes!!!

Loved how easy it was to unpack and set up. Got this for my guest room so a friend could house-sit whilst we were on holiday. He said it was really comfortable. Great value for what it is.

Really pleased with this budget mattress. My aching back is not as sore now thanks to this.Really quick delivery too 😊.
