M295 Standard Volume Oil Pump

This oil pump has a higher volume and pressure than I expected, considering my 05 Z71 has almost 300,000 miles on the engine. The pump was installed easily and fit, as well as the OEM oil pump I replaced. It came with an o-ring for the pickup tube, so that was an add-on I was not expecting, especially for the great price. I would recommend this oil pump to anyone. It was well packaged and arrived the very next day after I placed the order.

60 PSI upon start up and came with the necessary o rings for the oil pick up, so far happy with my purchase.

During a can install on my lq4 with 260k on it i decided to go ahead and replace the oil pump with this one. I was concerned at first since it's aluminum and light but i went ahead and lubed it up and installed. To my surprise i now have 50psi hot run and 30psi hot idle. I'm planning on rebuilding my lm7 and will definitely buy this again since it's hard to beat the price. It does come with 2 different size orings for the pickup tube and the tube mount is threaded on both sides if you want to use the reinforcing clamp.

Do not buy I bought it march 29th and now the oil pump is failing.

Not easy to install that's for sure but looks like it was made well. Decent quality and pumps good. I wouldn't say high volume though old pump pushed harder than this one and it's a 1999 silverado original pump. Working great though no complaints.

Very good oil pressure for my 06 Cadillac lq9. 60 PSI cold start. 40 PSI are better idle hot. Runs at about 55 to 70 PSI depending on temperature. Definitely an improvement from the 20 I was seeing on my previous oil pump. My motor is pretty tired and was making a lot of lifter noise prior to putting this pump in. Lifters quieted up and oil pressure came up substantially like I said. But definitely make sure that you get the right o-ring into the pickup tube for sure. As that is a major flaw in my opinion on the ls engines. A $4 part leads to catastrophic engine failure potentially. But this pump I would say has held up nicely for over a year with great oil pressure. Never see below 40 PSI on my 250,000 plus mile truck.

looks to be good quality compared to the oem pump i took of my LQ4 engine, i'm swapping into my 1 ton jeep cherokee.

Good factory fitment holds good oil pressure no regrets buying this.

Seems to be a very good product but it takes forever to come in the mail So if you're building something you need to be in a certain time Don't get it That's just gonna take a battle Easter month
