This is an amazingly high quality and versatile ice pack! Very high value for the price. Rugged material and long straps allow you to use it on knees, shoulders, elbows and whatever other parts you can imagine 😊. It is cold as your freezer can make it, but fabric insulation is enough for direct contact with skin.

Works great, Velcro holds well. Cold lasts long enough to be effective. Sturdy enough to keep your leg straight while using it

Excellent for supporting arm, elbow, knee or calf, with the sleeve either frozen or at room temperature. The reason this didn't get five stars is because the chemical smell of the wrap was very strong upon arrival. I have yet to see if this wears off with use.

10 out of 10… would certainly recommend! VELCRO STRAPS I really appreciate there being two straps to fasten this ice pack around my knee. Several other brands I’ve tried in the past only we have one, causing them to not remain in place quite as well as this does. I am literally able to walk to the kitchen and back to the couch without it fallen off. That has never happened with knee-specific ice packs I’ve used in the past— or any ice pack for that matter. The Velcro is strong, which really adds to its ability to stay in place. FUNCTIONALITY This ice pack does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It remains cold for a good amount of time, and is still malleable when frozen. Sometimes, ice packs freeze hard and cannot bend around my knee. This one is designed perfectly. SIZE I’m not sure why I thought it would be smaller than it is. I assumed it would be the same size as the medium size MagicGel ice pack I own (see photo). I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. This ice pack covers a good amount of surface area… and is cold nearly all the day around. COMFORT I am so grateful for the cloth material on the body-side of the ice pack. This prevents me from having to use towels in-between my knee and the ice packs to prevent any possibility of frostbite… and that “too cold” discomfort. MATERIAL is ice pack seems quite durable. The stitching is well laid so I have little concern that wear and tear will cause it to come apart. The material is versatile in that it can be used for a cold pack or a hot pack. OVERALL In a nutshell, this is the best knee ice pack I’ve had to date— and I’ve had several. It’s comfortable, remains in place, and stays cold. I would absolutely recommend this product to a friend!

This gel ice pack sleeve is the BOMB! It is the greatest thing for my current knee issue - I love it! I think I’ll get a second one so there’s always a cold one ready. Like other reviews state, it doesn’t stay cold for a long time, but the way it slips right on, stays in place, and wraps my entire knee plus above and below in heavenly relief, with a small amount of compression, make this a real winner!!

Whether you are heating or cooling these they work great . They stay completely pliable and easy to get on and off. Comfortable to wear too , and stay in place even if you are moving around . What's not to like ?
