I know the taste takes some getting used to, but it works!!
I have been using the GoLacta moringa tea for almost a year now. I initially ordered when my family went down with a virus and my supply tanked. I could not get through 2 sips of my first ever cup - it tasted like a foot to me. I started brewing the moringa with a bag of chamomile added in to make the flavor tolerable, and now that I’ve been using it for so long, I’ve grown totally accustomed to the taste and it doesn’t bother me at all. Just add some honey and it will grow on you I promise. The main point here is - this stuff works! I have been successfully (and exclusively) nursing for 13 months on a major food elimination diet due to baby allergies. Cutting so many foods has really sent my supply on a rollercoaster ride, and I’m currently unable to eat other foods known to help with supply issues, like oat! This tea has been a lifesaver. I brew in a large mason jar and drink one jar daily! It’s great hot or iced when a healthy squeeze of honey is added!

LIFE SAVER
This product was a total game-changer for my breastfeeding journey. I noticed a significant increase in my milk supply within just a few days of using it. Not only did it work exactly as promised, but it also gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. It’s easy to use, and the ingredients are safe and natural, which made me feel confident about taking it. I highly recommend it to any mom struggling with milk production. Truly a lifesaver!

Gets the job done!
Okay I actually think this works! I’ve tried a few supplements & they all gave my baby bad gas. So I was hesitant with this, I started with one capsule a day then upped it to 2 a day. After 3 days I went from making 4 oz a pump to 5-6. Im not trying to have a crazy increase just enough to stash a small amount a day for peace of mind. So that’s great for me. And baby was not showing any signs of issues. Rating it 4 stars because the taste is awful 🤣

Excellent results.. with an earthy taste
When I experienced a drastic decrease in supply with my son, our pediatrician (an amazing doctor and mom of two) recommended Pro-Lacta. She described moringa as the "new kid on the block" in the milk-boosting superfood world, once dominated by fenugreek and fennel. Unbelievably, after just one day, I noticed an increase in my supply using this tea. My mom friends and I have found it increases supply by an average of two ounces per pump session, or one ounce per breast. (Of course, this must be paired with regular nursing or pumping, good nutrition, and hydration.) While this tea is not the tastiest I have ever enjoyed (it has quite an earthy, bitter taste), you can easily dress it up with a good squeeze of lemon over ice. This brand has several great products, but I found the tea is the best price-per-unit choice on a budget. You can also double steep the bags to get the most out of the product (and your money)!

Allergic reaction to this product.
I'm glad to read so many women have had a good experience taking this product. My lactation consultant recommended this to help with milk production. Have stopped and restarted taking the product 4 times. Every time I can only do 2 days because I feel dizzy and needle pricking sensation all over my arms, back and lips. I really want to increase my milk but I can't continue taking them for long. I read another review about allergy reaction and it's exactly what I'm feeling and more. So I guess it is related to this product. It's very expensive so I thought it would really work . 🙁

Definitely Worth the purchase
After purchasing just about anything I could to get my milk supply up- the lactation consultant recommended this brand- apparently it’s a higher quality and quantity of morninga and that makes it more effective. I’ve definitely seen a difference since using this. Which is saying a lot bc most of the other purchases I made didn’t make any difference at all. No side effects from what I can tell and no taste.

Didn’t work
I was recommended to buy this by my lactation consultant and I wish I hadn’t. I bought it two different times thinking that maybe if I keep taking it, it would help but it didn’t. She said from her experience, this is the only supplement that works, but she was wrong. I get that every single woman is different, but I had already spent so much money on other supplements that didn’t work.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.
I CANNOT say enough awesomeness about this supplement!!!!! My Lactation Consultant recommended these to me with baby #4 as I had ALWAYS had a difficult time establishing and maintaining an adequate milk supply for my babies. In the past, I had tried Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, Brewer's Yeast, Mother's Milk Tea, Raspberry Tea, Fennel Seeds... pretty much ANYTHING/EVERYTHING ever recommended online or by friends/family to help with my supply. NOTHING worked. I purchased the go-lacta about a month ago, when baby was about 2 weeks old. My supply was better than it had ever been throughout all 4 of my pregnancies! I couldn't believe how much I was pumping (4.5 to 7 oz. every 3 hours) in lieu of a breastfeeding session. As if that weren't enough, my baby has ALL.THE.GAINZ. in the weight dept. He was 8 lbs. 1 oz. at birth and dropped to around 7 lbs. when he was 10 days old. Three weeks later (and with the help of go-lacta!) he's pushing 11 lbs.! It's awesome! In fact, I just left a message with my Lactation Consultant this morning to discuss OVERFEEDING/OVERSUPPLY as I've seen some issues with my now 6-week-old that indicate he's eating too much (pulling away from the nipple while nursing, difficulty burping, spitting up large volumes of milk, inconsolable for periods), so I started nursing on ONE SIDE per feeding and/or giving just 3 to 3.5 oz. of milk when bottle-feeding and he almost immediately was back to his usual, happy self! I am SO GRATEFUL for the recommendation to try go-lacta. It's not the cheapest supplement, but it actually saves money when compared to buying and trying all of the other options out there, OR switching to formula because your supply isn't good enough. LOVE.
